Arrived early and was able to check in and access the room. Cheerful staff and great service. Very comfy beds and our room had the most amazing view over the valley to San Jose. Perfect place to stop either before returning to or leaving from SJO. Nice trail following the coffee plantations. Well maintained garden. Pool, perfectly cool and refreshing as the weather was hot. Fitted our needs perfectly.

Did notice a few planes turning as they left SJO but they were few and far between.

The view from the hotel was very nice! There’s a garden/trail within the premise, well maintained and beautiful. The room I stayed in was spacious, very clean, and the bed was comfortable. The hotel staff were very friendly, hospitable, and helpful. The amenities included in my room were better than I expected. It was a great place to stay before heading back to the airport. Shuttle service and breakfast were included. A ride from the airport arrived very fast and comfortable. Wonderful service overall and I really enjoyed my last day in Costa Rica!

My experience at the hotel was excellent, however, a bar or a restaurant near the hotel was playing quite loud music by DJ on Saturday night till 9pm or so… which was unexpected by the look of surrounding neighborhood- a very quiet and nice. But this is not related to the hotel itself, it is somewhat bearable, and the party was over before 9pm so it was not a big deal to me.

Lovely hotel in the hills above San Jose- perfect if you aren't keen on heading into the city before/after a flight. We liked the hotel decor and lovely surroundings. We also highly recommend the pizza restaurant across the road (La Zompopa) for very good value pizza with a friendly service. Nice swimming pool and grounds for reading/chilling out before our flight.

We weren't allowed a late check-out, despite the hotel being quiet, which was a bit disappointing given the price we paid for one night.

Lovely small hotel close to airport but in a pretty location. We stayed here on the last night of our holiday so we could easily get to the airport. We were disappointed we weren't there for longer! We didn't get to use the pool but it looked nice. The gardens were beautiful and well maintained. The room was clean and comfortable and the complimentary toiletries luxurious. They were very accommodating by preparing a lighter meal (off the lunch menu) for our dinner which we organised in advance. The breakfast was delicious.

Awesome view, great staff in the restaurant and reliable & timely pick up from the airport! Would stay here again after arrival or before departure. Kids loved the nice playground. The breakfast was one of the best in Costa Rica.

Our vila was probably the only one facing the rest of vilas and not having a direct view but this is only minority detail, the patio was still great.

Good location, nice view, close to Alejuela center and the airport. Excellent breakfast, good diner. Also, something went wrong with the booking but it was very nicely dealt with. This was very much appreciated.

The pool was a little small.

Beautiful hotel with friendly staff. Very nice decor with good attention to detail. The view of the city was incredible to see with an evening drink. Breakfast was great and had a good selection. Free shuttle to the airport was also a great addition. Staff were very responsive to our questions and helped organize things

No complaints. We didn’t have a car so it isn’t the easiest place to get to, but we knew that when booking. Ubers were relatively easy to get.

Very kind staff and nice breakfast! I did not know that October is rainy season in Costa Rica, but I enjoyed this hotel a lot. Free ride between airport and hotel is wonderful, too. I want to suggest this hotel to my friends and will be back in the future again.
