Our favorite place to stay on our three week trip to Portugal. Beautiful setting and beautiful facility. There was a terrace and living room available for our relaxation. The infinity pool was beautiful and wonderful for a soak and a swim. The breakfasts were awesome with fresh cooked scrambled eggs and more than enough options to eat. The woman who prepared breakfast was super helpful even tho she didn’t speak English. We used our google translators effectively! Also there is a restaurant just down the road for other meals.

The roads are narrow and twisting so getting in and out of the drive is a little dicey at times, but doable.

Great location overlooking the valley, lovely infinity pool and deck but unfortunately the weather was cool for us to enjoy it. Our room was small with two pieces of luggage but lovely renovated bathroom.

The drive was on a windy road for about 10 km, beautiful but be careful driving.

Maria is incredibly warm and kind. The whole property is incredibly clean. The pool area and view is unbelievable. there are a couple of restaurants in the region. Maria also offers to cook meals if you want to enjoy an evening in. A selection of alcoholic and non alcoholic beverages are available in the communal fridge, you just write down what you take and pay at the end. breakfast was very nice also, with a freshly made cake as well as selection of breads, spreads, cereals, etc.

The family running the house was amazing and very responsive. They were able to give us lots of information about the area which was very helpful. The breakfast was provided promptly and was very tasty with farm fresh eggs from their chickens. Great pool, fabulous view and very homey space. We would love to come back!

It was such a lovely place with the most beautiful view and managed by a super kind and friendly family. The room had a wonderful view on the mountain and the pool was amazing. We were even asked about the breakfast time if it fits our time. Also the breakfast was delicious and Portuguese style. Thank you so much!

We loved everything about this stay! From the room overlooking the Douro Valley to the incredible infinity pool where you could swim. There was a fridge where you could stock up on your own drinks and we were given very tasty snacks when we arrived at dinner without notice. Breakfast was great and included additional fresh fruit and homemade cakes, all provided by the lovely hosts.

The hostess ware charming, they give a feeling of home, a well-equipped place, a clean pool and an amazing garden, a spectacularly beautiful view, a clean, cozy and luxurious room. We arrived and it was cool and the hosts arranged a warm and cozy wood fireplace for us. It is recommended to come with a family or several people. We prepared dinner in the fully equipped kitchen because in the area things are mostly meat restaurants, the breakfast is indulgent and fun. A really enjoyable and fun experience.

The view, day or night, it absolutely gorgeous and just takes all your problems away :) The view, pool the food and the warm welcoming of the host made this a great stay! Amazing Portuguese food they have to offer however there are other alternatives if you want to go out. We felt so cosy that we had dinner there... homemade, authentically Portuguese and delicious!!

The view is to die for,infinity pool soo beautiful just come here and have a beautiful chilled out time and don’t go anywhere until you leave, there is a restaurant down the road,breakfast is amazing looking at the view, the owner of the property is so nice and staff amazing too this place is very special 🥰

We loved the owner and the personell. They are amazing, sweet and lovely! The view on the terras is breathtaking. The house is lovely. Bathroom good. Great shower

The room was too small for us as was the bed. It was not kingsize as we expected but 2 separate beds unfortunately.
