Beautiful and clean. We stayed in a unit. Beautiful with the evening sun streaming in til late evening. The communal spaces were absolutely huge and like a restaurant! Lovely setup.

$6 for the laundry which was the most expensive we’ve encountered. Personally, I think that’s extremely high since a lot of cheaper travellers will be staying here and making use of this.

Lovely, friendly and very helpful reception staff. Fantastic location within a very short walking distance of everything in Te Ānau. Great parking right outside your room. Very quiet at night. Useful to have a fridge in the room, plus the site has good facilities such as washing machines and dryers (both at a modest extra cost).

A very minor point but the light bulbs were a bit weak, so it was quite dark in the main room. The lighting in the bathroom was good.

Great location, close to town so easy walk to cafes etc. Room & bathroom were a good size with comfy beds & good facilities. Clean & tidy and staff were helpful with recommendations & booking day trips.

The WIFI did not work very well but it was a very busy time of the year.

I found it to be well designed, exceptionally well maintained, and a pleasure to stay in. All amenities were well considered and practical.

My only fault I could find was that the soap dishes should be on the opposite wall in the showers.

Walls are very thin. Difficult if you have noisy neighbours as you can hear everything.

Top 10 provided a comfortable stay at a reasonable price in a motel unit a short walking distance from the town center. Our friends' bathroom's shower curtain should be replaced by a door. Though advertised, no toiletries were provided.

It is an unassuming little room - very simple. But the overall place is so charming it wins you over. All the adjacent campers and vans and cooking and tenting and welcoming lodge and kitchens bring a warm fun adventure vibe to the whole place.

Upgraded rooms…but I get it it’s not luxe - not the point of the place.

Room was good size and comfortable. Close to kids play area. Communal kitchen facilities were amazing. Huge dining area with multiple cooking stations and many fridges available to store food. Easy walk to pubs, restaurants and supermarkets.

Fantastic location! Had tons of amenities that can be used and some really fun activities. The staff were very helpful and check in process was quick! The rooms were comfortable and had everything you needed.

Affordable and in a good location even booking just a day before check-in considering its December's high season just before Xmas break.

No kitchenware or any kitchen utensils available for use in the kitchen - this needs to be rented out.
