The hospitality of the staff was exceptional, Raffaele in reception assisted us with booking tours and providing useful information and went out of his way to answer our texts whenever we contacted him. The room and bathroom were very clean and spacious. The location is just out of town but the 10 minute picturesque walk is beautiful along the coast. A quick inexpensive tuk-tuk ride home at the end of an evening in town is convenient and fun! Continental breakfast was wonderful and offered a wide assortment of choices. Plus there is a small beach next to the property for a delightful swim in the sea. There is also parking on site if needed. We loved Polignano a Mare and would stay here again.

The location of the hotel is very good, 1.5 km from the center but all attractions are easily accessible on foot. There is a port next to the beach, in a nice clean environment. The breakfast is plentiful, delicious and fresh. The room is modern and newly built, very decorative. The bed is comfortable, the mattress is firm. The room is cleaned and towels are changed every day. Well worth the price!

The property was located near the ocean it was clean and had a private parking

It was about 20-25 minute walk from all the attractions. We were not very happy that a small batch of towels are provided once a day but we managed…we skipped breakfast the second day however the breakfast in the first day was average. We spent 10 days in Italy it was the most expensive property however not the best value. Keep in mind that you will have to walk 25 minutes to all the restaurants and attractions each way…or you can take a taxi for 10euro each way.

Excellent host, contacted us in advance and welcomed us on arrival. Great speedy communication for any questions and super helpful. Location is perfect, bars, restaurants and a lovely beach / beach bar next door. Room is exceptional high quality, we loved it as a family of four. Breakfast was the best we’ve had in italy, everything you could ever want. Highly recommend.

The size of the room, the staff, ease of on site parking (we had a rental car), beach towels. The lovely gentleman who met us shared tips about where to go and eat as well as arranging a boat tour of the caves. Breakfast was good.

The WiFi signal was intermittent.

The people at this property are so friendly and they make you feel welcome. the ladies at breakfast recommended a few places to visit which were not on our lists and we are happy we followed their suggestion. We will be back

The pool was empty and the kids would have swam the first day there if it was full. The beds are a bit too hard and there is no iron board in the room. Although the property did help us with this service to compensate.

The staff was polite and helpful. Any request was answered in a timely manner. The rooms were nice, modern, comfortable and clean, the same way as in the pictures. The location was close to the city center of Polignano a Mare, around 15 min by walk. Nice beaches were close, cca 20 min by car, free of charge or paid.

We enjoyed our stay in Santa Caterina. It was on a good location as we had rental car for our day trips. But it also was in a walking distance for city stroll, aperol and nice dinner. And of course free parking and sea behind the property.

Very kind and helpful personnel, nice design in the apartments, very nice breakfast.

All was perfect, or even better than perfect Would recommend to not change towels every day, it’s nice but follow new trends to change those ones which are on the floor 😉

A boutique hotel with totally different vibes. No traditional lobby, so it feels sort of like a chic condominium community. Personalized welcome-I absolutely love the way the staff texted to make sure we arrived in Bari and asked when we would be on the way to Polignano a Mare. The room was decorated beautifully; modern with a touch of old world charm. It took us a while to figure out the rain shower, but when we did it was awesome. I love the terra cloth beach bags in each room and the quickness of the turn down service. Always plenty of towels, too. I do wish there was more than one bed in the rooms, though. Alas, the sleeper sofa was quite nice. Breakfast was delightful every morning-our waiter was a teenager who had mastered English, a relief for clueless Americans! Because we checked out before breakfast, the hotelier was kind enough to put some to-go breakfast items in our room the night before.

Loved the gated parking right in front of the hotel, but you need the key card to open it-which isn't accessible while seated in the car. You'll have to run to it and get back in; if you don't drive through the gate fast enough it'll close before the car can clear it! There appears to be no sensor to stop the gate from hitting the car!
