Staff very friendly, willing to help. The breakfasts were really good. good selection of items. Staff willing to check with some of the items if GF. Managers different specials for happy hour. Cookies for a night cap As facilities is near the tracks had no problems with trains. Beds were good Clean Very pleased with this facility.

One of the problems is the hotel entrance. Turning left is a problem. We managed to exit even in rush hour.

Lets start with awesome cutomer service with the team that checked us in Friday afternoon. We travel to Wenatchee yearly around this time of year. Our grandchildren live here. The facilities were clean , cookies were delicious, breakfast was good too.

The pool area needs to have a shower and toilet so we dont have to walk down the main hall way to change and use facilities, also the pull out couch we found dirty used qtips.

Room was nice and comfortable. Breakfast room was clean and cozy. Breakfast was plentiful, with good variety, and restocked as needed. Staff was SUPER polite and checked in on individuals frequently. Best ever!

Pool deck very slippery. Would have liked staff to control kids racing up and down the halls, being loud, and playing hide and seek by rooms.

Great Breakfast, Clean and modern facility. Has large fenced doggie potty area.

The pool was closed for repairs, I wish they would have let us know somehow. The rooms A/C was turned off for the winter so we had to switch rooms to be comfortable. They wanted to bring us a fan and open the window, I said no, we need a different room.

The pet area was close, pool looked nice, and the bed was amazingly comfy

Small trash cans in the rooms for a weekend stay, didn’t get room service everyday coming in and freshening things up

The breakfasts were amazing. They are open till 10am for late sleepers and have so many options!

I wish the pool and hot tub would be open 24 hours like the gym. Parking lot was also a pain to get in and out of.

Staff was friendly and helpful. They were always smiling. Facilities were clean. Pool was clean and refreshing. Breakfast was great every day. Staff attending breakfast were wonderful. Front desk staff were great.

Beds were a bit high and difficult to get into.

The staff here was simply amazing, They were absolutely the nicest people we have ever dealt with at a hotel. Went way above and beyond to make sure my wife was happy and even decorated her room. They saved the day!!!!!!!!!! We will stay her again simply because of the staff,

I booked this room through booking.com and it was supposed to have a jacuzzi tub. It did not even though that's what we paid/booked for, Which was not the fault of the staff or hotel.

Excellent breakfast, very clean and reception was fantastic, from the moment we stepped into the hotel until our departure. We will certainly be staying here again!

Food was very good and in a pleasant location. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Also, we found the little Italian restaurant nearby that was a plus. Hope to find our way back before long.
