The room is spacious and comfortable - the bed two single beds were super comfy, there were blackout curtains and the heater worked well. The shower had great pressure and we had no issues with hot water. The staff in the reception were friendly and helpful. Internet worked well. Located in a good and safe neighborhood, close to the city center.

The breakfast starts at 8h am on weekends. There were a lot of people before this time, waiting for breakfast, because most of the tours pick the tourists before 8h o clock. The breakfast should start at 7h30 am. The hotel provides a package with a few food for the ones who leave the hotel before breakfast, but it is not the same.

The location is down the street from our son. The people who work the hotel are excellent.

The room we got this time was smaller, there was a problem with the shower leaking. It got fixed but we would have preferred changing rooms.

Quick check-in and check-out, good room cleaning, heated pool and very good location

The air conditioning in the room only had the heating option. But I turned it off and left the windows open, which solved the problem for me. (I was in winter)

The location, proximity to cafes, large and very clean rooms. The restaurant has good food. The price was excellent.

Perfect location, in a quiet street of Providencia. Safe and family-friendly area with cafes and small markets. Exceptionally quiet hotel.

Soft and mushy mattresses. Tall and slippery bathtub, without adequate footrest, presenting a risk of falling.

Great breakfast, staff nice, daily clean of room, good shower, central.

Pool too hot, but I hear this is common in Chile.
