The location was ideal for all the attractions we had planned for our stay.

We saw the sign that said that housekeeping did not come unless requested which was fine. On the third day of our stay, we did have to call about services - for towels and tissues. Housekeeping came and replaced what we needed and emptied the garbage can in the bathroom. But, I was surprised to see that they did not empty the garbage can in the main area which was quite full.

Bedlinens and bathroom were exceptionally clean. Thank you. Breakfast room was also kept clean. Food selection was okay, although better fresh fruit would be appreciated. Fitness room, pool, and spa were also clean and well maintained At least one treadmill not working. Front desk staff were very friendly and knowledgeable.

The upholstered furniture in my room was stained and looked quite tired. I never sit on upholstered hotel room furniture in any hotel....too hard to sanitize between guests. But still just looked worn.

Check-in was pleasant and easy. Room was clean and beds were comfy. Pool area was clean and had a nice set-up. Staff were mostly friendly.

Had to ask for towels for the pool, which seemed to annoy the staff member I asked. None of the vending machines were accepting cash and the one that accepts cards was out of order, so I went to the front desk to request quarters for use in the vending machines and they had none available.

Good location. Ample parking. Great breakfast room. Great pool. Room was big, comfortable and quiet. Refrigerator and microwave were good to have for a 3 day stay. Front desk employee was accessible and accommodating. Breakfast included hot scrambled eggs and sausages, make your own waffles (+ chocolate), fresh rolls and donuts and cereal. The stairwell were very wide.

The elevator was slow and our toilet seat was broken/loose. The chlorine in the pool was a bit much - irritating to the eyes. Our key didn't always work in the pool access door.

The front desk staff was very friendly and efficient. The room was large and super clean. The bed was very comfortable. There were plenty of towels. It was exceptionally quiet, no slamming doors or traffic noise. The breakfast was a standard hotel one, nothing fancy. But it was hot and well stocked. It was fine. All in all, a great hotel experiences.

Only two things- The toilet in the room was one of those super high pressure flush ones so it was really loud. Not good in the middle of the night. And the elevator was painfully slow.

Locatio, location, location! VERY good deal for the price. The facilities were immaculate and very new, which included the rooms. Staff was very polite and helpful, especially the night staff. They offered bottled water upon arrival, lemon iced water in a large carafe, and a fresh cookie. There was a pool, but we didn't utilize it. It appeared to be working just fine as a family with young kids nearby used it bothe evening and morning. Which, if I had a bathsuit suit, I would have done the same. Breakfast had a good choice of options. There were fluffy scrambled eggs, sausage patties, standard waffle maker, 4 choices of cold cereal, sliced bread, bagels, yogurt, apples, bananas, oranges, milk, juice machine with 3 or 4 options, and a coffee machine with choices between decaf or regular and each choice with 3 or 4 levels of darkness. If that doesn't suit your taste, there are several restraunts close by.

Almost nothing. I enjoyed the amount of pillows, but the size of the were very square and the pillow cases slick, so it made it difficult to arrange them comfortably. Elevator felt a little rickety. And the only creamer available was hazelnut and good old plain cream, not a big deal though. Overall, a great experience other than some rowdy kids at breakfast and some heavy footed guests in the room above.

Great and well stocked breakfast! Bed / bedding best I've ever experienced (of many hotels)! 2nd morning I put out the "do not disturb" sign. An hour later, 2 housekeepers were letting spring-loaded doors slam several times a minute, for 5 minutes, across the hall from me. Loud talking. I opened my door to investigate, finding one by her cart, with iphone in hand, texting/talking. I complained. They 'did' get quiet then. Besides the cliche loud walker in the room above me, it was an impressive place!

Mindful housekeepers. One front desk clerk had a security guard disposition. No smile. Forgiveable. I'm always noticeably a quiet man. I hate having loud guests always being roomed adjacent to mine!

Breakfast was good. Staff was very friendly and helpful. They allowed me and my family to use the breakfast dining area for the afternoon that we had our baby's gender reveal gathering. We cleaned up afterwards because maintenance had already cleaned the area after breakfast; we also shared some of our gender-reveal cupcakes with the staff to show our appreciation. The pool was perfect temperature and the workout room was also as expected.

No complaints at all. The location is great and the facilities were accessible. The only hiccup was key malfunctions. There was a fire drill on Sunday morning and we evacuated. I wouldn't say it was a bad thing. I'm glad the weather was tolerable with just a crisp chill in the air. Other than that everything was really good.

Room was a little outdated but… it was clean, no musty smells, nice and quiet. Without requesting we were put on the main floor close to the front. The kids loved the pool. And the breakfast was great.

The pool closed at 10. The event that we was in town for went late and it would have been nice if the pool was open until 11:00.

It was close to the hospital , the beds were amazing , the breakfast was pretty good and if not McDonald's is just down the road! My kids really like the large deep pool, was nice and quiet area

Hot tub was a little chilly lock on the top of the door in the room is broken screws are coming out could be a safety isssue
