A more pricey place that lived up to that level.

I'm not super rich and thought I was booking one of their cheaper rooms, but when I checked in they said booking.com had me booked for a more expensive room, I usually like to keep my travel motel expenses under $100, I'm used to less expensive places and have no problem with them, next time I'll google map "cheap motels" for the city I want to stay at and pick one and try to get that place through booking.com and see how that works out.

The staff was excellent, especially Bella. Very polite and very knowledgeable

The breakfast was bland. I didn't like the community jug of milk. It's just that too many germs get passed on by everyone touching the handle. More variety of breakfast food would have been nice. We went out to eat breakfast the next morning

The room was clean and in good condition. The bed was comfortable. The location was excellent for my needs. Restaurants and stores were close by and within walking distance. The breakfast had a good selection of items.

The counter space in the bathroom was limited. The staff was limited at certain times and was unable to do everything that was needing to be done during the morning rush of activity (breakfast and checking out).

This is our second time staying at this hotel and it did not disappoint us. Location of the hotel is perfect, walking distance to restaurants, bars and shopping. Our room was very clean and it smelled very nice. In the evening we went to the hotel's bar and had a glass of wine and relaxed by an indoor fireplace which is very unique and romantic. Ryan at the front desk is always smiling and very helpful.

Very clean and comfortable. Bathroom was the cleanest I have ever experienced in any hotel. Great service and very friendly staff. They have an attached bar/lounge with indoor central fireplace which makes a great ambience. Location is perfect, walking distance to all restaurants and Safeway. We will certainly be staying here each time we come to Rapid City.

Everything was perfect

The 2 guys who worked the front counter, were very helpful, not to mention funny. They made our time there way fun.

The location is ideal. It's half way between the Black Hills and Deadwood/ Spearfish. There's so much to do the area, and Rapid City was a great place to be as a home base.

The manager was Amazing. She treated me like royalty. I felt at home and treated with respect and she went out of her way to make my stay amazing. She is an awesome employee and is 5 star!!!!

We enjoyed our one night stay at this hotel. Very clean and well kept. Rooms smelled fresh. Linens were crisp and clean. Breakfast had lot of options to choose from. We loved the waffles and coffee in the morning. Hotel is on the west side of the town close to dining and shopping and in a very safe area. Our new favorite in Rapid City.

I booked a king suite w/hot tub on Booking.com. The property doesn't have any rooms w/hot tub. No compensation offered.

I loved the check-in experience and the manager Ryan was very friendly and greeted us with a smile. We had a chat and he went out of the way to make our stay comfortable. Best location and walking distance to supermarket and restaurants. Cozy in house bar and clean place. Highly recommend this place.
