Location was perfect for us. Parks and sights were easily accessible from this side of town and the property was super easy to get to. The breakfast was very good and the staff was always helpful. The room was set up well with a sitting area that was separate from the bed which allowed us to work and nap at the same time without bothering each other. Some towel racks in the bathroom would have been nice, but we managed by hanging towels on the shower curtain rod to dry. The mini fridge never got very cold and there was not a freezer compartment, but we managed thanks to the vending/ice machines just down the hall. We were the last room in our wing, so nights were quiet. The A/C kept up just fine and the bed and pillows were soft. There were lots of tourist/info magazines, maps, and brochures easily accessible in the lobby, so finding something to do was much easier! We would definitely stay again!

The bathroom didn't have any towel bars, so there was not a lot of space to let towels dry. The mini fridge didn't get very cold and had no freezer compartment.

The location was ideal for all the attractions we had planned for our stay.

We saw the sign that said that housekeeping did not come unless requested which was fine. On the third day of our stay, we did have to call about services - for towels and tissues. Housekeeping came and replaced what we needed and emptied the garbage can in the bathroom. But, I was surprised to see that they did not empty the garbage can in the main area which was quite full.

Location is great if you are heading for Mt. Rushmore and the Black Hills. Also good if you are staying overnight for treatment at the nearby medical centers or hospital. The room was comfortable and well laid out, and the bed was great.

The shower wasn’t great, and the air conditioner leaked. I am sure they would have moved us, but we didn’t ask.

The breakfast was ok, just a light start for the day. Juice machine was out of order all 3 days we were there and the OOO sign looked permanent.

Only 1 staff member seemed to be working. They left the front desk to find a hair dryer for another customer and left us standing, waiting to check in for 15 minutes

During our month long road trip, we found Comfort Inns to be the most consistent in quality and value. The room was spacious, clean, comfortable, and quiet and the breakfast provided ample choices and was kept clean and well-stocked. Parking was safe and plentiful and we were not required to pay for it.

The bed was comfortable; the room was quiet; the breakfasts were superb; the water in the basin and shower was piping hot!

The price was twice what I would normally pay, but I understand my stay fell during the Annual Bikers Event. My fridge required defrosting. (The freezer cabinet was all iced-up!)

Bedlinens and bathroom were exceptionally clean. Thank you. Breakfast room was also kept clean. Food selection was okay, although better fresh fruit would be appreciated. Fitness room, pool, and spa were also clean and well maintained At least one treadmill not working. Front desk staff were very friendly and knowledgeable.

The upholstered furniture in my room was stained and looked quite tired. I never sit on upholstered hotel room furniture in any hotel....too hard to sanitize between guests. But still just looked worn.

Check-in was pleasant and easy. Room was clean and beds were comfy. Pool area was clean and had a nice set-up. Staff were mostly friendly.

Had to ask for towels for the pool, which seemed to annoy the staff member I asked. None of the vending machines were accepting cash and the one that accepts cards was out of order, so I went to the front desk to request quarters for use in the vending machines and they had none available.

The front desk staff was very friendly and efficient. The room was large and super clean. The bed was very comfortable. There were plenty of towels. It was exceptionally quiet, no slamming doors or traffic noise. The breakfast was a standard hotel one, nothing fancy. But it was hot and well stocked. It was fine. All in all, a great hotel experiences.

Only two things- The toilet in the room was one of those super high pressure flush ones so it was really loud. Not good in the middle of the night. And the elevator was painfully slow.

Good location. Ample parking. Great breakfast room. Great pool. Room was big, comfortable and quiet. Refrigerator and microwave were good to have for a 3 day stay. Front desk employee was accessible and accommodating. Breakfast included hot scrambled eggs and sausages, make your own waffles (+ chocolate), fresh rolls and donuts and cereal. The stairwell were very wide.

The elevator was slow and our toilet seat was broken/loose. The chlorine in the pool was a bit much - irritating to the eyes. Our key didn't always work in the pool access door.
