This was a pleasant surprise!! We booked this last minute on our trip as our travel plan changed. When I went in to check in the friendly so helpful young lady at the front desk was so polite, efficient and professional. Loved that she smiled and was so welcoming. Every staff person was smiling and welcoming. Breakfast was so good and so many choices. Rooms were very clean and beds very comfortable. Location was also a surprise. Loved that it was close to attractions like Mt Rushmore, but not congested like downtown area. Will be staying there on future trips.

Room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. Staff was very pleasant and professional. Breakfast was exceptionable for a free hotel breakfast. Location was far enough off the highways to be quiet, yet convenient for ease of commuting back into town for meals, hospital. or for continuing on to Rushmore and the Black Hills. Rates were competitive for the area and cheaper than other areas we need to visit later this summer, like Cheyenne and Hays, KS.

Bed was clean and comfortable, once you were able to get into it. Needs some sort of step to climb in. Also, pillows were too soft for my taste. Would've liked to have had a choice between soft and firm pillows.

Very nice staff - always smiling, professional and friendly. The breakfast arrangers should be commended - breakfast items were fresh and very good, and usually 100% stocked (after a 'swarm' of people there might have been no bacon for a minute or two, but the ladies were always cognizant of that.)

Pillows were ultra, ultra soft - would have liked a little more firmness of the pillows. Everything else was A-OK!

We had a king bed and the room had plenty of space. The bathroom was nice and the room was clean overall. The bed was really comfortable. We were only there for one night and didn’t really explore the hotel amenities.

The hotel was a little removed from places to eat and the room was a little loud from surrounding rooms.

Clean, quiet, close enough to Mt. Rushmore and Custer state park. There's a couple of really wide parking spaces making it easy to enter / exit a vehicle if you get one. Breakfast was included and adequate.

Everything was fine. Nothing not to like except the price.

It’s a very modern building the staff were very friendly.Room was very clean beds were really comfortable.The breakfast was great and the breakfast staff were very attentive and professional I highly recommend this hotel if your coming to Mount Rushmore fantastic location for all the local must see places .

Beds were comfortable. Large room and bathroom.

Our room was not cleaned the third day we were there. Beds not made, no clean towels. Had to go to the desk to get our towels. No apologies when we checked out. Front desk staff not very friendly.

The hotel was quiet and clean. Grrar location relative to area attractions and easy to get in and out of the area. The staff was friendly. Breakfast was always warm and kept fully stocked. The room was spacious and comfortable for three adults.

Wish there were closer restaurants. All dining options required driving several miles. Parking seemed limited and was quite full at night.

Breakfast was good. Plenty of variety. The entire facility was clean and very inviting. Bed was very comfortable and felt clean. Ease of access to main highways to pretty much everywhere in the Black Hills

As a solo adult traveler, traveling for work, I would have appreciated a quieter floor away from families with young children. They were loud and very active in the hallways around my room.

The property was super clean and in a great location! The breakfast was very good with a good variety. Beds were comfortable and the shower was great!!

The breakfast staff wasn’t very friendly. The older lady didn’t respond when greeted.
