The appartment was very spacious, clean and had beautiful view. The Host - Ivana - was very helpful and friendly. The location is good, not so far from the old town (25 min by walk) and - what is important - not so do overcrowded like in the city center. There are few beaches close and the restaurant 2 min walk.

There was no problem. Only it should be the described how to enter the appt (from the J.Jelacica street, by stairs - but it was not so tiring).

The apartment was spotlessly clean, providing a comfortable and relaxing environment. The AC was excellent, keeping the apartment cool and comfortable throughout our stay. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the Bellevue Beach (highly recommend it) and close to Dubrovnik's Old Town. The apartment was well-equipped with all the facilities needed for a convenient and enjoyable stay. However, there were a couple of drawbacks. It was a bit difficult to find a parking spot but we got lucky and managed to find a spot on the upper street, and finding the apartment initially was not easy. Despite these minor issues, I would still highly recommend it

The location to centre city is by foot. Neighborhood safe to reach anytime of the day with close supermarket. The room are spacious and you can find most basic items in the kitchen for prepare a meal.

The apartment shows a nice balcony with a bubble pool but It is NOT available to all visitors. You gonna deal with a lot of steps to reach the place. No parking area. No sign available to reach easily the place. I got the keys by a child hands.

The apartment was cosy and conveniently located close to the old town and the bus station, which made getting around very easy. The stay was comfortable overall. The only things I missed were a clothes rack and a hair dryer , adding those would make the experience even better.

The rooms are spacious and very clean and organised, the host is wonderful and super helpful. The breakfast was adequate and delicious. The view from the terrace faces the water, unfortunately the rooms do not have a sea view. The location itself is good, walking distance to nearby bus stop and if you are by car, there is a parking just below the lower street, not sure the immediate street below can be used for parking. The overall location is not so far from Old Town, but we would recommend the bus or your own vehicle, easier is a two wheeler if you only plan to stay in Dubrovnik. There is a small inconvenience of climbing at least 60 steps to the rooms, so if you have a disability or not very able to carry your luggage up the stairs, check with the host if they can help or avoid this location. Overall, good value stay especially during season, very helpful host, good spacious room with proper Air conditioner, adequate breakfast, also it has a kit if you are into cooking yourself, not many restaurants around, there is a nice pizza place just below the street. So highly recommended stay in Dubrovnik, if you don't mind the steps to reach the rooms.

Loved the view from the terrace of the port and the cruise ships. The apartment was spotless clean and spacious , shower was great, beds really comfy. Anna Maria, the owner was very friendly and helpful, and did a lovely continental breakfast , served on the terrace. The location is fine if you don’t mind steps. We thought it was great value for money, and a nice place to relax at the end of a busy day sightseeing. I would definitely recommend a stay here.

The apartment is modern, designer chic and quite spacious. Really quite high class. The location is good for small restaurants and for 15-20 minutes walk to the old town. The breakfast was superb with everything we could wish for. The owner was helpful and friendly.

You need to focus on the instructions given to easily find where it is, between streets on two levels. This was fine in the daytime but might need attention in the dark. But a very minor matter that does not detract from this great place to stay.

Anamarija was an exceptional host, super responsive and thoughtful and her breakfasts were fantastic - each morning was slightly different ranging from pastries, sausage rolls, fresh fruits, boiled eggs, yoghurt to fresh bread! We also had to wake up super early on a couple of the mornings, and Anamarija was happy to accommodate, which we really appreciated. The apartment was comfortable (excellent shower!) with all the amenities you need for a short stay. We liked the location - approx. 20 min walk from the Old Town - as it was along a beautiful coastal walk with stunning views to the sea, and conveniently in between the Old Town, Lapad and the Red History Museum which we wanted to visit.

The location is a bit of a walk from the Old Town (uphill from the Old Town), which may be a struggle for some travelers.

11/10. Apartment Dubs is more then just a room or standard b’n’b. The host Anamarija is amazing, she had already whatapped the address and info for the taxi before we had landed, she met us on arrival and showed us everything, anything we needed she was available. The rooms are immaculate, it all seemed newly done. The breakfast was as everyone else’s reviews all mention..exceptional plus the view in the morning :) Location is approx 20 mins to Old town and 25 to Lapad. Would without a doubt stay here again if we are back in Dubrovnik.

Nice view outside, big room, convenient kitchenette

Didn’t except covid isolation style food delivery instead of breakfast. Food was tasty though. Room was a little difficult to find while arrived for the very first time. Only three hangers inside closet.
