rooms could be updated. Room 628 has a fan that looks like it's about to fall out and needs to be fixed I would also like to recommend you purchase a portable, vbrating alarm for Deaf patrons. I had a friend who slept through an emergency evactuation (gas leak). He was lucky he wasn't harmed but it highlights that we are vulnerable in case of emergency because we cannot hear the fire alarm. Julie pool/house keeping is the best person working there other than her no one smiles or offers to help with anything. We had dinner in the restaurant and sat outside no one waited on us to get a drink so we had to stand in line with 10 people ordering dinner while our dinner went cold outside we were told they only wait on people sitting inside. Breakfast in the morning was nothing for children unless you pay for the buffet we wanted one piece of toast for a two year old and again too much to ask. Really need to look at staff.

Amazing pool! We spent nearly all our time ( when at the hotel) in the pool and even had friends come meet us from another hotel to swim ( they needed to pay a fee, but you could redeem that as credit at the pool side cafe). But it never felt crowded even when lots in the pool as its so huge! Kids area and splash zone was great too! We ate in the restaurant at the Mercure pool side restaurant each night and the food was fantastic! Shuttle bus to the airport when ever you needed it ( but so close, you could walk) and easy to get a taxi or Uber to pick you up! The lobby gives you that tropical holiday feel and is just lovely! The sunset from the pool was also a bonus! We loved our stay here!

I liked that it's very close to the airport, especially when you just staying overnight. My kids absolutely loved the big swimming pool and little splash park.

The room had quite an awful smell. It smelt of something like chlorine and some sort of electric kind of smell mixed, it's hard to describe, that's as close i can get to describing the smell. But it wasn't nice at all. The room wasn't exactly properly cleaned either. You can tell the cleaners must've just done a quick inspection and clean.

It was convenient for our purposes for a short stay, very clean,I found the bed comfortable but my partner didn’t (too hard) Breakfast onsite in the restaurant was very good. We also had dinner and breakfast at Cossies Bistro next door at Mantra which was good. Relaxing quiet place to stay, felt safe, everyone friendly. Used the shuttle bus to an air tour meet at the other side of the airport and also to the airport on departure.

On arrival to Darwin was unable to arrange the shuttle pick up from the airport, frustrating conversations x 2 with hotel front desk to organise this. Shuttle eventually drove straight past us despite me attracting the driver’s attention. We had to walk to the hotel with our luggage late at night, no problem for younger more mobile people.

The pleasing personality of the reception staffs were the highlight of my stay. They were very patient with my questions and very approachable that made me at ease and comfortable. Thank you!

There’s nothing that I did not like about my stay just probably a suggestion if they can add even just a bottle of water inside the room upon check in that would be very great and would help ease the thirst of visitors from a long travel plus the heat otherwise everything is Great!

We loved the location, walking distance from the airport. The pools were amazing, and they had entertainment on the Sunday at the pool area. The room was clean and comfortable. We had breakfast included which was a good variety of good.

Both mornings at breakfast the muffins were left uncovered, which encouraged flies. I wouldn't have eaten them. Perhaps a clear food net would have been beneficial.

Very quiet although it was very close to airport. Rooms really well sound proofed, pool was fantastic. We found the range of food available limited but what was on offer we found was reasonably priced. Room lacked comfortable seating and felt somewhat sterile. But very clean. Great free 24-hour, transport to airport although it was also an easy walk.

Nothing to dislike about this place to stay.

Great location near airport and great new facilities. Easy check in and out. Friendly staff were helpful and handing out umbrellas during the rain.

The rooms were nice, great set-up, but not thoroughly checked after last occupant. There were dirty clothes in the closets, clothes in the dryer, and the shower/bathtub could have been cleaned a bit better. Apart from that (we just left the clothes) it was great.

Close to airport, easy to access. modern setup.

Buffet breakfast was too expensive. With 2 motels sharing the reception, that was fine but confusing when arriving late at night and walking from airport. Fortunately a couple of indigenous people were able to direct us where the reception actually was. Additionally, signs from the airport indicate the direction to walk to the motels - but takes you in a big loop whereas if I had known the setup, I would have walked straight out of the airport, straight across the road & thru the carpark, 75% quicker. Additionally, for walking distance, if raining there's no shelter.
