We loved the space that we had! After spending all day together we each had our own spaces to retreat to and recharge. The bowling alley and pools allowed for us to have a down day and just stay at the hotel and relax.

We did not appreciate the sales pitch and the time it took for us to actually be able to get the keys to our room. After driving 16 hours straight, the last thing we wanted was someone trying to get us to attend a meeting about buying a timeshare, basically. We were exhausted and just wanted to go to bed. They did not take no for answer easily. I sit in meetings all day every day for work. The last thing I wanna do is sit in one for 90 minutes while on vacation.

The resort grounds and landscaping is beautiful, one of the nicest time share resorts in Williamsburg that we’ve stayed in and we’ve stayed in most of them over the years. Pool areas were lovely, Town Square was lovely. We enjoyed our stay immensely and we’ll certainly be back.

We are seniors and not interested in this point of our lives to get involved in time share ownership, which I thanked the lady at check in for the information, but told her we weren’t interested. I’m not one for high pressure sales tactics. The next morning we received another call trying to get us to sign up.

The location was very convenient to local attractions and historic sites. The rooms are spacious, have ceiling fans, and are well maintained. The number of on-site activities was very nice.

At check in, this establishment requires you to sit through a time share presentation regardless of how you book. It's very inconvenient. The pools and on-site activities are designed for small children 10 and under. The cafe/bar area closes at 6 pm.

I enjoy doing staycation type weekends with my significant other as we live in the area. This resort is by far THE best we hae stayed at and genuinely when we are inside of our room I feel as if we are no longer even in W'burg anymore. I love the set up, the door to the patio from BOTH the living area and the master bedroom. This resort is by far and away our favorite to visit.

To be honest and I do understand why, the cost is higher than I like paying for a night away BUT you do pay for what you get. If one wants to stay and feel they are in the lap of luxury one must pay for that experience. I do know we are entering into tourist season soon and the cost is going up but nonetheless, when we need a get away I plan to still look for accommodations at the Holiday Inn Resort first.

The space was good. Suite was clean. Great full size kitchen. Convenient washer and dryer in the unit.

The space was good, but the layout of the room I was assigned was awkward with the bedroom at the front of the suite. Guests walking by the bedroom can see directly into the room. Also, this is a timeshare or membership property, so if you are staying here, be prepared for attempts to get you to sit through a presentation. Even though I told the staff at check-in that I wasn't interested, I got annoying phone calls asking if I would join a presentation.

Love the facility. Have stayed before. Will stay again. Didn’t feel pressured to get the timeshare option. Didn’t have time to do all we wanted on-site as had to cut trip shorter than expected the last day!

Disappointed only with two things - noise level from guests above us and the cost of the food/availability of the food options onsite. Many items were marked out because they were unavailable. Bowling was fun but there was an extended wait as many were ordering food and the same person was running both the register and setting up/activating the lanes.

I come here at least 4 times a year with my immediate family and I don’t have ownership. I do however have the lateral package to try out. I have now included my external family to come down and try out the resort and they absolutely LOVE it!! The staff is super friendly and very accommodating. Tierra, the front desk receptionist is always so pleasant and always remember our faces when we come down. This time around there was another person I’d like to recognize for just being so hospitable and assisting us with my mother’s bday decor. He was one of the maintenance men, Sanchez. He was great! I recommend this resort to anyone and everyone looking for a great time and place of peace.

Beds were comfortable. Villa was spacious. Jetted tub was great. Everything was clean.

We were told there was a $115 incidental charge. Upon checking my acct, they took out $144 not $115. When questioned about it, they said it was for “resort fees”. Resort fees had already been paid. They are supposed to be correcting this matter. If and when they do, we will change our overall rating of 8 to a 10.

Resort was beautiful and a fantastic value! A lot of fun things to do and everything was well kept. Only complaints were no ice machines, sheet in bedding bag for couch bed was dirty, and the cafe hours were short and there are days they do not offer food. Don’t let those couple of things keep you from staying though because overall, we were really impressed!

The rooms were pretty big. The soaker tub was my boyfriends favorite. The bed was OK as far as comfort, but overall, it was a very pleasant experience to stay here. The town square building closed at 8pm. My bf and I wanted to go bowling at 745 pm but we couldn't. I would recommend keeping the inside open till at least 10pm; that's the only change I'd wish to see. Overall, great staff, room, location and amenities.
