Our unit was very spacious, 2 bedroom, 2 bath. We found the beds to be comfortable. The unit was clean and organized. My daughter and her mom found the built-in blow dryers were a great touch and helpful for when we returned from the pool. The pictures on the website showed that the unit was going to be carpeted, but we were very (and pleasantly) surprised when we saw that the unit had hardwood (or laminate?) floors. Very nice and made the unit feel more like home and brightened up the interior! If you enjoy cooking, the kitchen was equipped with all of the basic amenities, and we were able to make a couple family favorites for dinner. Furniture and bedding was very clean, no issues. Parking was no problem, and the staff was very friendly, caring, and helpful.

During the first evening, a wet spot formed on the ceiling of the room with the queen-size bed. We called the front desk, and in the morning, they promptly sent maintenance out to check the situation. Not sure what caused it (it has been a rainy summer?), but they went to check with the guests staying in the unit above ours. Maintenance also addressed some very dim and missing light bulbs in our unit. Very quick and helpful, thank you! We noticed that while there was plenty of spoons and butter knives in the utensil drawer, there was only 6 forks total (3 regular forks, 3 dessert forks). Not really a complaint, but we wondered why there were fewer forks in the drawer.

Everything!! Location, cleanliness, space, design, facilities, parking etc

Nothing! Everything was great! One suggestion only - consider having couple bikes for renting / using for guests but not sure if this is feasible as I understood that some units are for long-term rent. Unfortunately, in Williamsburg no bike rental service was spotted. Oh, and what about extending pool hours for adult only swim to 11 pm? Too many kids in the evening time :)

I felt safe. The rooms were clean. The tub only had 3 of the 6 jets working but not a killer. We were very happy with it and are already planning on booking that site again for a fall or winter trip. Oh very quiet, no sounds were heard. Very peaceful.

Like I said only thing was 3 of the jets didn't work but I'm not going nuts over it. We can't think of anything that was a non starter. 1 bed was medium soft which was great for me other was hard which my wife likes so it was good. Only other thing I can think of was the water. There was a chlorine smell, but we have a well at home so anything off of that really stands out. If you are used to city water you will not notice it.

The room size and layout were great. The beds were comfortable, though they squeaked a bit. I loved the kitchen, which featured a full-size refrigerator and dishes. The pool was a nice size as well and the staff were very friendly.

The only complaint I had was that the bathtubs were not cleaned well. The bathtub in the master bath had some gray stuff coming out of the jets, so we couldn't use it. The bathtub in the other bathroom was not cleaned well and you could see stains on the tub. I think the cleaners are only cleaning the bottom of the tub and forgetting about the sides that meet the bottom and the rest of it. Honestly, the cleanliness of the bathtubs was my only real complaint.

The property is absolutely beautiful. Our unit was beautiful clean start with everything we could possibly need. It was just a good experience. I say definitely stay here. Our stay was brief, but it was definitely a great experience.

The only thing that was missing for me is there was no restaurant on the property for breakfast or anything, but they didn’t take away from my experience because there are places close by that you can eat, but hopefully one day they will get a restaurant at least to serve breakfast. However, the units do come with cooktops and it didn’t take away from my experience. We definitely are going to stay here again and again.

The inside of the suite was excellent and clean. We loved the large pool and spent the day there. Grounds were very nice. Also the hotel gave us two dinner specials for Aberdeen Barn. We used and food was outstanding. Grounds around main resort building were well kept. Noticed they were having a president reenactment on Monday night which we would loved to attend but we had to checkout two days before.

Outside of building where condo was needs immediate attention. It desperately needs power washing because of cob webs. Needs painting on trim work. Needs flower beds cleaned. Balcony on back needs attention with power wash and paint. Stairwell inside condo building needed sweeping and something for odor.

The amenities were very good. You could enjoy indoor/outdoor pools, family activities, cable tv, free wifi and for a lil cost you could rent equipment for the outdoor activities (basketball, volleyball, pickle ball, horseshoes, etc)

When checking in I was given keys cards to a room that was already occupied. So I had to return to the registration desk to inform them and was assigned another room. Resort check-in was very busy. When we arrived our room wasn't ready, but that's ok because we arrived a lil early. I've been here many times and this is the 1st time I had any issues. The resort also need to upgrade the carpet and furniture in the rooms from general wear and tear. Overall the trip was good for me to rejuvenate mentally. I'll definitely come back just not when it's soooo busy.

My family is exceptionally pleased with this property. This is our second time staying at this property, and we can not wait to come back again. Three days is not enough time to experience the activities the Vacation Village of Williamburg has to offer, along with cramming in theme parks and exploring the history of Williamburg VA.

It is nothing that I didn't like about the Vacation Village of Williamburg. It was like home away from home. The amenities are great, the bedrooms and bathrooms are a nice size, and my family was very comfortable with our stay.

It was an exceptional experience! Having the separate bedrooms for our little one made him feel special and gave us the basic privacy we don’t normally enjoy with a regular hotel room. We did notice that there was a bit of wear and tear such as the main door having to be pushed or pulled very firmly to get it to latch. The vents were full of cobwebs and open shelves in bathroom very dusty. I travel with disinfectant wipes and cleaned the surfaces and the dust myself. It could have used a better deep clean on baseboards and corners but was acceptable. The downstairs neighbor stated his main door was broken and kept slamming it disgustingly hard to where it shook the entire upstairs unit. I said something and he said his door was broken and he was demonstrating to the staff on the go cart however each time I heard the slams it was ONLY in conjunction with the staff coming or going in the downstairs unit. We ate out daily so didn’t have an opportunity to use any appliances or cook but they are all new and quite nice. The entire setup was beautiful and I understand that it will be renovated to standards next year. Need more small trash can receptacles in rooms and not just bathroom. Overall it was one of the nicest stays we have ever had as a family and will 100% book here again. This app made it easy and enjoyable. Side note. This is a time share presentation location and we were told to set aside 1.5 hours however it lasted over 5.5 hours with no real food offered except processed snacks my son enjoyed but did nothing for medical need to eat. We lost an entire day of vacation due to the length of the presentation and had to cancel reservations we had and instead head back for home so to is that was a few hundred dollars lost in experiences we planned. Also did not get to use the food certificate because we HAD to leave to get back in time to prepare for work and for me to go to the emergency room for an injury I sustained. That was the bad part of the presentation.

Indoor pool and hot tub and the rooms were clean and spacious. Was nice to have a kitchen, a big table to eat at.

There needs to be more staff supervision in the pool area. A family was blasting their radio in the indoor pool area. Kids being unsupervised. Kids in the hot tub with their pool floats who were young. I’m talking 3/4 years old. When the sign says 16. Kids jumping and running into the pool. Parents leaving the pool area and leaving their kids alone. It was really bad. I have never seen anything like it in my life. I even called the front desk to advise on the situation and no one ever came. resort is going to end up being responsible if nothing is done. It was a very uncomfortable situation.
