Conceptually, awesome idea and mix of old and modern. Loved the look of the property, the fencing is very nice, felt closed off and private. The boardwalks were awesome. Firepit area was nice. Furnishings and decor was tasteful and nice.The shower was huge! Air conditioning worked flawlessly. Two minutes from town center, multiple restaurants, grocery store, hardware store, clothing and miscellaneous. Two gas stations/convenience stores literally across the street. A block away from highway so any noise at all was very minimal. Soaps, shampoo, and conditioner were amazing!!! Ice room with lockers great idea but very under-utilized.

Foam mattresses are difficult to move around, roll over or roll out of. Lighting is aggressive, no side selector or reading light, essentially all or nothing. Blinds don’t offer a lot of privacy. No trash receptacles on site, no extra trash bags, and trash can/recycle bin in room extremely small for multi-day stay. No directions on how to handle overflow of trash or recycle. Exit gate on back parking lot needs new latch.

Very clean, smelled great upon arrival. Very cute rustic cowboy decor. Very comfortable large bed. Modern, new big clean shower bathroom area. Has a 6-8 person fire pit on center grounds w Adirondak chairs to sit and watch the beautiful stars at night and mountain sky. Staff super responsive and helpful, answering any questions. Able to get a good walk in nearby areas. Greenworks next door served excellent breakfasts. Open and serve lunch and dinner as well but we were too busy seeing sites. Gas station across the street for convenience small needs. They partner with Orvis Hot-springs (so they offer discounted entry) which was breathtaking how serene, and peaceful this place was. Great location to downtown for other eateries. We even stayed 2 nights in Ouray at popularly rated Twin Peaks Hot-Springs and Resort; Hotel Palomino blew that place out of the water with their room higher quality and standards with how much cleaner and comfortable their small yet quaint room had to offer. Just goes to show sometimes bigger isn't always better. Definitely only positive your paying for at Twin Peaks Resort and Hot-Springs is their grounds with all the Hot-Springs. Highly recommend Hotel Palimino.

Only tip I wld recommend is to have slightly larger window shading. Sun came up early am and peaked through the blackout curtains on the sides.

Super cute!

Difficult to book. Could not book on company website unless we stated we had a dog, which we did not have a pet. We had to book through a 3rd party; then the code to get in from booking dot com would not work, and reaching a person was VERY difficult! She was super sweet when my husband finally got her on the phone after I became so frustrated and stressed I was willing to just dispute it with my credit card.

Great remodel on this building! My room felt like home. Every detail was thoughtful and unique to the area. Convenient to walk the short distance to town or events. Comfortable bedding and bath. Bonus amazing restaurant on the property!

Clean, comfy and well managed.

Need better coffee option. The restaurant next door is closed Monday and Tuesday. So, we had to either use the provided instant coffee or go into town to the one coffee shop. I think a Keurig would be awesome!

Unique, comfortable, creative

Took me a minute to get used to because it was different. No check in desk. Unusual curtains to close… figure out sink faucet…but once all that became comfortable, I LOVED it!

The self check in process was easy and I found I preferred it. We were given a door code and it worked perfectly.

The grounds are beautiful. There is a firepit and there are walking paths. We loved how modern the property was and that it was still charming.

Room was clean, bed was comfortable, private porch with a swing, fridge in the room, and there was a water station with filtered water and an ice machine. And a great restaurant on the same property.

Excellent accommodation. The check-in was a little unusual, but after getting through the online system, the experience was very good.

Absolute little gem!! ❤️ Very comfortable bed, great shower and the funkiest, trendiest and stylish place!!
