I stayed for just one night at Tru By Hilton in Wichita Falls, TX, and had a pleasant experience overall. The check-in process was incredibly smooth. I was able to activate my digital room key directly from the Hilton App and didn’t even need to stop at the front desk during check-in. I really loved this convenient feature! The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive, and the service provided by the staff was equally commendable. The breakfast options were diverse and satisfying, catering well to different preferences. Additionally, the location was convenient, making it easy to access local attractions and amenities. Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable stay. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area and would gladly stay here again!

Service and staff were incredible! The woman checking us in was by far the nicest person I have dealt with at a hotel. WONDERFUL! The hotel felt so clean everywhere. Not once did we wonder if we were sleeping on clean sheets or if something had been cleaned recently. The pool was wonderful as well!

Wished both elevators were working. It took a while to wait with only one working.

The hotel was nice, I liked the shower and breakfast.

The bathroom had a used qtip on the ground that had lipstick all over and an empty bottle of KY lube on the floor by the toilet. I saw it when I bent down to dispose of the qtip. So I threw both away.. just made me feel the bathroom wasn’t very sanitized. The hand soap in the bathroom was also empty.

The rooms were spacious and clean. The bed was very comfortable. We were extremely tired from a long day of traveling, and what I really appreciated was the quiet. There was no hallway or outside noise keeping us awake. The complementary breakfast was fresh, and there was a balanced variety of items to choose from.

We love that there is a wide variety of ideas for breakfast. We also like that they call us before hand to see if there is something that we need in our room. This is the only hotel that we have stayed in that has a shower chair for us to use.

Have stayed here many times when I travel to Wichita Falls. Friendly staff, clean property, clean rooms. The breakfast is one of the best of any hotel I have used in my travels. The price was perfect, as is the location. Thank you for a great stay!

The breakfast was good. I liked having a phone call to see if we needed anything in our room before we checked in. I liked the blackout shade in the room, it made it easy to sleep. We had enough room in the bathroom and in the room.

Was not happy that I was asked to fill out a form with my personal information for incidents specially when I had booked with a 3rd party. They should run the card in that situation instead I'm very leary about having my information laying around.

There wasn’t a dresser for clothes. Only shelves under the tv and to hang clothes, there was a decorative “pipe” with a couple hangers and a lot of decorative hooks to hang things. I really didn’t like having my clothes laying out on a shelf instead of having a dresser to put them in.

The breakfast was quite varied. They had the standard eggs, potatoes, and bacon which was quite good. But they also had cheese omelettes, pancakes, waffles, cereals, breads (white, wheat, bagels and english muffins), fruit (apples, oranges, bananas), muffins and scones.
