Very friendly staff, and wonderful breakfast. Great view of the beach directly across the street.

Some of the facilities were a little tired, but not enough to be an issue. Communication was a bit of an issue, as not all staff were fluent in English, but we were able to make our needs clear regardless. All in all it was a wonderful stay.

Breakfast location is very nice, very light and wonderful view to the river and beach! Selection generous and staff very capable and friendly. The rooms are very comfortable, shower very strong which is a great plus but I would suggest in some bathrooms to place more hooks to hang things. All in all, a perfect place to stay in Carrasco!

As mentioned above, more hooks in the bathroom (at least the one we had). Nothing to complain about otherwise.

We stayed at the Hotel two times, and it was very comfortable. Breakfast was good, and drinks at the bar were always available! Proximity to the airport is very convenient and many restaurants in walking distance. Very safe and attractive neighborhood. Staff was accommodating with all our needs and questions.

The Hotel hosts business clientele and there were several late night weddings ga, etc during g our stay. Ask for a room away from the courtyard. #323.

Hotel Cottage was very well located for our needs, near friends. The staff was nice and helpful and the buffet breakfast was good, with sweet and savoury offerings and a beautiful view from the restaurant. The room was spacious and with plenty of easy-to-reach sockets to plug electronics in!

The bathroom was a bit cramped (not the shower, though!) and it could have been a little bit cleaner, e.g. there was dry soap on the window handle from before we arrived. I assume this was an oversight as the rest was quite fine!

Check in staff really competent and pleasant. Spoke English too which helped. Room was excellent this time as we were given a free upgrade to a suite of rooms. We had stayed earlier the week before and three years ago. Each time had no complaints. A really safe comfortable hotel which we would stay in again. Breakfasts were very varied and excellent each day. Bar meals and dinners were again very well cooked and served. Bar staff were always on hand and proficient.

Nothing to complain about. All good.

Location is sublime, opposite the beach, walking distance to main road with shops, restaurants. With lots of green areas, lovely breakfast restaurant with view to the beach and plenty of choices qua food and beverage! The staff is very friendly, your needs taken care fast! I am returning without a doubt!

Breakfast, restaurant and room service were excellent, food was delivered promptly and was well prepared.

Wifi hiccups complicated things at first but management tried to resolve issues promptly.

Location is great. we could walk into Arocena, the Main Street in Carrasco, in 10 minutes. the room was very nicely furnished and clean.

why don’t Uruguayan hotels ever offer a kettle?! Especially given that the Uruguayans cannot be without their maté (which requires hot water). The bathroom was very small and difficult to move around in. A larger person would even have problems. The breakfast was rather limited in choice but the restaurant area is very pleasant.

Very friendly, helpful staff. Wonderful breakfast. Amazing location with a view of the beach from our room.
