The room was spacious and clean. Breakfast is not included, but there's fridge in the room and kettle + tea and coffee so it was very easy to see to it myself. There's no reception/human interaction but everything went smoothly: the codes arrived in time etc. The only downside with this kind of arrangement is that you cannot deposit your luggage at the hotel before check-in time.

As there is no reception, you have to think where to leave your luggage if you arrive before check-in time.

Seamless digital check-in and instant access to property and room. No unnecessary cleaning if staying less than 5 days but still access to request services at any time should you need it. Access to kettle and microwave and hairdryer in your room. Late check-out at 12. You can't beat the location.

Some cleanliness mishaps in the bathroom, but not a big deal. No small broom or simple cleaning supplies should you need to maintain simple floor cleanliness during longer stays that still does not require a full cleaning service.

The hotel was centrally located and easy to access. The room was spacious and clean.

When we arrived at the hotel we saw a sign that the elevator on Hämeenkatu was broken so we had to use the entrance on Aleksanterinkatu for the whole trip. One of the chairs was broken. It was difficult to sit on the couch. There were no proper utensils or plates that could be put in the microwave oven.

Good location, conveniently designed (many hangers) speedy Wi-Fi, free coffee and tea, easy access hotel and room with code.

Check in time at 16:00 should change to some time earlier. Space around beds are limited, mattress are over soft, TV functions poor (chrome casting, remote control bad) feel a bit allergic to some items as I kept sneezing when I came back home.

The room is spacious and big.

The curtain is very difficult to close and the room I stayed was on the 5th floor. The elevator was broken and not working. I had to carry my luggage to the 5th floor. It was very tiring. Going up and down was very difficult when checking in and out. I was tired from traveling and now I have to walk into the room. I suggest that you should clearly state whether the elevator is working or not.

Perfect choice for someone who wants to sleep in (no breakfast) and come and go 24/7 as they please without contacting any staff. The door codes are very simple to use and the check-in is online. The place is clean and reasonably quiet. Despite the lack of staff, I've never seen any disorder or big parties inside the Omena Hotels.

it’s not very fancy but at the same time it has everything that you need. location is amazing. you are directly in the city Center and close to Nokia arena. once I received the entrance code access to the building and my room was super easy. I was positively surprised by how quiet it was despite staying there on weekends and despite the hockey world championship ongoing. mostly young, easy going people in the building.

didn’t receive the entrance code automatically but had to call the Omena hotline when arriving in Tampere. would have preferred one queen-size or king-size bed instead of 2 90x200cm movable beds that are put together.

Very central, just near the station, lots of shops around the area and the Nokia Arena is just a 5 mins walk distance. The room was big and clean. Microwave, small fridge and water boiler were a nice surprise. I had a very good and comfortable stay.

Not finding shower gel in the shower.

The room was far bigger than I thought it would be. TV, table and chairs, microwave, hairdryer, kettle, coffee and condiments. The bathroom was spacious, also catering to those with disabilities/wheelchair access.

Nothing at all, really. It's good to note there are 2 entrances to the hotel. One on the main street and one around the corner, down the side-alley. Both should work with your code for entry.

Great room, comfy bed, had everything I needed even a microwave which don't get in many hotels.. It's very clean and spacious Great location 2 min walk to Tampere station too

There wasn't a safe to put things in but that is the only downside although the room was quite secure as u needed the code to enter.
