The room was very clean, staff was super helpful and friendly. There was even a washer and dryer on site for guests to use. The pool was very clean, my son absolutely enjoyed the pool!

My mini fridge didn’t work and the elevator was down but they were able to relocate us to a room on the 1 st floor which was very appreciated as my back is still healing from back surgery and stairs aggravate it.

Rooms were very clean, staff was very friendly. Well lit parking . Beds were very comfortable with clean sheets . Liked the Bbq place next door

Found a sock beside the bed, the small fridge froze everything & breakfast was not good. Didn’t have much of anything besides cereal, juice & cheese danish or bagels

The room was quite spacious. The bed was large and comfortable. There were more small amenities provided than what I expected. The young female at the front desk was cordial and welcoming. During the night someone in an adjacent room was playing annoying, electronic sounds (music?). I notified the front desk and it stopped. There was also easy access from the freeway.

The larger, former mirror in the bathroom had been removed. The smaller replacement was quite attractive, But the residual damage to the wall from removing the former, larger mirror (visible around the smaller mirror) was quite unattractive. That part of the wall badly needed repainting.

They went above and beyond to accommodate myself and my son. I'm in a wheelchair and they made sure everything was prepared for me. The breakfast was amazing and the area was very clean. We are traveling the country this summer, and we will come back here again. Thank you so much and God bless.

The smell of Marijuana on the grounds first thing in the morning and evening when we went to our car back parking lot by pool where our room was...room 101.

Value for money hotel, house keeping attended room everyday.

Desk night staff, need to be replaced they were scruffy they had their phones glued to their noses. Failed to notice when the basic breakfast items like milk and fruit needed refilling. Just pretty lazy when they were awake.

I didn’t eat breakfast but it is nice that you have it ! I just woke up too late :-)

There were a few bugs and the pillow cases, mattress topper and fitted sheet had a few minor stains. The shades let a lot of light In.

I only had the orange juice, The night man had to turn it on brfore i could use it.

Screaming children across the hall. No security chain on door. Door was not hung correctly.

Room was very clean. All staff was very helpful and was very easy to get to.
