got really nice welcome on arrival. The room was spacious clean, good air conditioning, good range of channels on TV. 2x really nice pools , one quiter if needed. Nice location appx 15min walk into kyrenia or 5mins on dolmus. Plenty of nearby beeches, hotel now run free shuttle bus to free public beech. We also tool a dolmus to Diana beech which was nice but a bit pricey at 600TL for lounger and parasol. The wednesday market in town centre is little know, but excellent value for clothes/ shoes/ fruit/ coffee etc. The lunch offer was excellent and generous.... to be fair we enjoyed this more than evening meals

The evening meals were a little disappointing, with a lot of repetition i.e had local stew about 4 nights and not much meat on offer. There was a very loud disco on first afternoon and day of stay, which was a total nightmare, just what we didnt want. Entertainment was limited to a couple of nights of music, so maybe look at a quiz or other entertainment

We have stayed at the Pia Bella a number of times & it never disappoints. The pool areas were lovely with plenty of sun beds in & out the shade all day long & poolside service was excellent. This time we had a room in the new annexe which was absolutely fabulous. It was very modern, spacious, clean & comfortable. All of the staff were really lovely, helpful & friendly. Breakfast in the new building was very good with lots of choice & I loved the egg station. Overall it was a very enjoyable few days & we’re looking forward to going back later in the year.

Parking was extremely limited & we were lucky to find a spot on a side road. However this didn’t spoil our stay at all.

Lovely stay in a hotel not far from the centre of Kyrenia. It has two swimming pools both with shallow and deep ends and childreans pools, and there were enough sunbeds, even though we were there at a busy time. We had the buffet breakfast which was good value, and had plenty of hot and cold choices. One night we also had the evening buffet which was also very good, though I wouldn;t want to use it every night.

An indoor bar would be good when the weather is cooler. Car was 'valet parked' and I had some concerns about insurance implications in the event of an accident.

The location is very good, walking distance to the city center and has several restaurants in the neighbourhood. There were also shops where one can buy groceries.

The internet in the room was not good. One had to go to the lounge or swimming pool area to get goot wifi

The breakfast buffet was very nice, a good choice of food, and the staff were very friendly. The pool and restaurant area was very nice, lovely food and drinks that were served either at the pool or at the outside restaurant. The pools were very nice and big enough to swim. Air conditioning worked really well, and the bedroom was very comfortable and spacious. The hotel is in walking distance to Kyrenia and has a little supermarket and other shops close by.

The customer service was not so impressive. Despite the fact that the staff were super friendly, they sometimes didn't understand our requests or didn't act on them. It was not possible to reach housekeeping via phone, and when I tried to call the reception instead, the phone was hung up on me several times.

The rooms in the annex are pretty good - couldn't fault them. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Breakfast was good.

There is no iron or ironing board in the rooms which was a bit of a pain - you can send stuff out to get ironed but that takes time and presumably also costs extra. The food in the evenings was not great - one evening in particular the food was quite ordinary. It would be good if there was a gym at this hotel.

I just stayed at Hotel Pia Bella and had a pleasant experience. The hotel's location was convenient, allowing easy and strategic access to Kyrenia's northern Cyprus with a lovely view. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the food was great. A well built casino interconnected and local massage spa facilities available. My room was modern and comfortable. I believe Hotel Pia Bella and Acapulco are two of the best hotels in the region. I will be staying again! Thank you.

Beautiful layout, two pools and wonderful terrace bar, lovely to relax day or night time for coffee, drinks or to eat. Staff were particularly friendly and helpful. Some of the waiters in particular had a great sense of humour and added immensely to the whole experience. Room was spacious, comfortable, clean and had a lovely balcony view over the pool.

I feel good that I am able to stay in such a prestige resort.Large grounds to relax in.The new building is where the buffet is and is away from the road. The old building is only used for staff and monthly guests I believe. Room is spacious and warm .The bathroom is spacious. Plenty of room for luggage and clothes storage.YouTube on flat screen TV.Breakfast buffet is worth getting out of bed for.The lady who greets you there is the nicest person.Small bus terminal across the street so no need to ride taxis.They have a casino which is nice and a stray cat lives near the door.On site Thai massage at reasonable prices.

Wi fi signal was weak.They have a lot of space so a small gym would be nice.I wish there would have been a soccer match on their pitch.One was scheduled but didn't take place.

The warm welcome, the friendly and professional staff, the extensive breakfast and dinner selections, the size and shape of the swimming pools, the loungers and seating areas, the gardens, the cleanliness everywhere - EVERYTHING WAS FANTASTIC! I felt so comfortable. I can only recommend this hotel and hope to return. Thank you again to everyone, and best wishes.
