Staff was very nice and helpful, restaurant was nice-food was delicious and portions were huge. The bed was very comfortable and bathroom was very nice and shower had a rainfall.

Everything was nice with the facility and staff. The day we went to checkout someone had just left their dog in the room next to ours barking so getting a late checkout was a little pointless.

The rooms was beautiful, the lobby was clean and set up so cute for the large event in town that weekend. Everyone was very pleasant and friendly. Location was great!

Our room wasn’t ready at 5pm, but with the number of people checking in and out the same day, it’s understandable. Just wish we could have gotten in our room closer to 4.

The property itself was gorgeous, very close to restaurants and city life. The beds were super comfy and the rooms were clean and updated. Our kids loved how fancy they felt staying here.

Parking was a bit expensive but that’s about the only thing we can complain about

Excellent location, very helpful staff, clean rooms, and the bed was really comfortable. The access to Lucas Oil Stadium by the skywalk through the Convention center on GameDay and to Gainbridge fieldhouse is brilliant. Next time I'm in town, I'm staying in the Westin again.

Room was GREAT! we stayed with 2 kids & it was comfortable & spacious for all 4 of us. I expected something less classy, because we got the rooms cheap but it exceeded my expectations. The restaurant downstairs was delicious as well. The shower was SO big.

We didn't have a microwave in our room but that could have only been available for bigger rooms, I didn't even look honestly. But we were thankful for comfy beds.

Room was spacious, gorgeously updated, clean and so comfortable. Best room i have ever had in a hotel.

Parking. Very expensive and stressful once parked, could not use my car for in and out. It is $53 to park and hotel validation makes it $45. Add on 3 Lyft rides and it became unaffordable and will impact my future hotel choices

Location, facility was super nice and you could access Lucas Oil stadium through convention center without ever going outside.

We thought there was access to recreation room for all guests who booked there. My daughter was disappointed

I liked everything but we did order room service and they didn’t have what I originally ordered so I changed it when they called us, but I was charged for the more expensive item…very minor thing but it’s still kind of annoying

Diner at the restaurant was good. And its location was great in regard to getting to the stadium for the concert.

The beds were super firm and it was not super comfy after being on my feet for a long time.
