The hotel is very easy to find as it is situated nearby when you leave by exit number 4, and therefore very handy for walks to Chinatown and being close to public transport can take you into the more modern centre. there is a washing machine and dryer which can be used by guests. Breakfast is by coupon supplied on check in. the Hotel has a lift and is air conditioning in your room, and a television, a kettle and fridge with free water but no milk, tea or coffee which you provide your self.

The bathroom was a little small and more coat hangers could be provided for hanging clothes.

It was right outside an MRT station and very close to the main train station, which was great for me, but it might not be great for others. Chinatown is close too. The place itself is fairly well maintained too.

My room was fine. The bathroom was fairly large, which didn’t give much space in the sleeping area. The noise was to be expected given the location on a large road. The staff was friendly enough, but not especially friendly. For the price, it was a good but not great experience.

Super friendly stuff. Possibility to have breakfast. Located right next to the metro which brings you to Wat Pho or the Ferry to Wat Arun. Seven Eleven just around the corner as well as Chinatown. Motorbike Taxis wait in front of the hotel. Beside the need of wearing earplugs it was a perfect stay in the hotel.

Although we had a window to the small street on the side it is loud during the night and you have to bring your earplugs just because of the traffic noise. There aren't many trains that leave from the train station Hua Lampong.

I really like the fact that it was very close to an MRT station. It was so easy to move around from this hotel! The staff were very friendly and accommodating, especially when dealing with unruly guests.

There was a heating kettle in the room, but no cups for the guest. I had to get a cup elsewhere just to get some coffee. Also, someone managed to bring in joint and smoke inside their rooms. The smell spread all over the hallway one night.

The hotel truly serve its purpose!! If you’re planning to go around chinatown, then this is the place. Just 10-15 minute walk to chinatown. The place is so strategic since just in front of the hotel is a mrt hua lamphong so its very nice and bearable walk after a hard days of journey. The rooms was superb and better than i’ve expected. Plus, there’s even a big ass map in the room so that was a bonus for us to plan our walkabout in the city.

Lack of nearest food stalls. Its a around the area but limited. You need to walk towards chinatown and only then there’s plenty of foods offered. But its near to 7-eleven so that’s okay.

The room had all of the things I needed for the stay: own toilet, towels, toiletries, a kettle and a cup! I also liked the fact that the place was very quiet. Even if there were guests moving in and out of the hallway.

The elevator is quite slow. Since my room was located at the top floor, it was quite slow to move up and down from the top to the ground level. Air conditioning could use a bit of maintenance, since the cooling is not consistent.

The location - right at the exit of HuaLamphong MRT. Hotel staff were very helpful in assisting our check in. Room was not yet ready, but the lady at reception made an effort to check with housekeeping and within 20 minutes, we were able to get into our room. There is a washer and dryer in the facility, which made it very convenient for guests to do their laundry. Air condition worked very well. Housekeeping replenished supplies frequently. We also had lunch at the hotel restaurant, while we waited for our room to be ready. Pleasantly surprised that the quality of the food was very good. Also, our room has 2 chairs, very unusual these days since most hotels only provide one chair ….

Not enough lighting in the room. There are two bedside reading lamps, which was not bright enough for doing anything. There is a wall lamp right above the sink (which is located outside of the bathroom), but no light fixture where the table is located, so it is very dark in that area.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms where nicer than the picture. Beds were comfortable for me. Decent value for what I paid. Great location, short walk to catch a bus, even shorter walk for trains. Taxi and grab are also extremely easy to get in the area.

The room could've been a bit cleaner. Dirty mirror, shower head and bidet nozzles weren't exactly spotless. A few minor stains on sheet. But everything smelled clean. The balcony was also pretty dirty. Elevator was also super slow, ended up taking the stairs most of the time instead of waiting

The location of this hotel is so convenient to travel places from here, chinatown is just 5 to 10 minutes walk. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They actually interact with you, unlike most hotel staff, in spite of the language barrier. The Internet speed was good, so it's fine if you are carrying work with you. The breakfast options are good. The coffee shop has really good steamed buns and coffee.

The photographer who clicked photos of the room needs to be applauded for his or her great work. The rooms are actually very smaller than what you see in the images. The balcony was not clean and needs a little maintenance. There is no hot water kettle or tea/coffee making option in the room.

Chose this hotel to stay in for 3 nights each at the start and end of our month in Thailand because of its close proximity to the main train station. Shortly before our arrival a new station was opened some distance away. We kept our booking because a free shuttle bus is currently running to the new station and the hotel is also close to the metro line and Chinese quarter. We also found it had some good restaurants and grocery stores nearby. Good staff, kept a bag for us between stays and arranged our final taxi back to the airport. Rooms cleaned every day with towels and toiletries refreshed. Large lift good for when carrying luggage (3 floors) Comfy bed. Restaurant looked good but we didn't use it as it only sells beer and closes at 6.30. Saw people using the downstairs area to work.

Noisy in the last room which was on the front of the building. Balconies have no chairs to use.
