The staff was not helpful at all when I reported a problem

I think they should ask the people across from us to be quiet. The dog barked all night and the kids run in and out of the room laughing and talking out loud. Also my daughters room had stains on the sheet. They had to be changed when we got there.

Reasonable price, but more importantly, VERY CLEAN rooms and comfortable. Will continue to stay here when visiting!

A breakfast in the hotel would have been nice, but there's McDonald's and other places for breakfast and meals on the same street so that was nice! The biggest dislike was NO coffee pot in the room..I hope they put coffee pots in the room, this would help alot!

The room was immaculate. We've stayed at this particular motel 6 numerous times and each visit the staff is very courteous. Also, the room is spacious and the televisions have been upgraded.

It was in great shape and was close to a lot of restaurants and other businesses. Very conveniently located. It had well stocked vending machines for drink choices.

It's a very good hotel. The room was clean and the staff very friendly.

The air conditioning in the room was very noisy. It probably needs maintenance

Cleanliness and nice staff. A/C system was great, not noisy & kept room temperature comfortable.

Pillows were too hard, noisy area and no hair dryer.

Everything, The hotel did some renovations in the past year and it's even better than the last time we stayed there. My wife and I are very happy with The accommodations.

Very clean and updated. This will be my go to stay while in Benbrook.

The elevator has some concerns. It is very scary especially going up.

I’m not a motel 6 person, but this one was VERY NICE!! Super Clean, all the things I’d expect from other higher end chains and a very convenient location with plenty of great places to eat and spend money at nearby.

I honestly have zero complaints.

I would have preferred a jacuzzi tub instead of the small tub you can't even take a bath in Elevator was out 1 day
