Great sized clean well appointed room with a nice comfy large bed The bathroom was great with endless hot water The fridge & kettle were great in the room and useful There was an outside terrace on our room where I enjoyed sitting in the mornings We appreciated a bottle of water in our room and the daily cleaning & fresh towels were great All the staff were really lovely, friendly and helpful Nothing was to much trouble The breakfast was tasty we tried all options and loved the banana porridge, eggs on toast & the goan choice as well The restaurant/ bar outside is cool & comfy and a full range of drinks and food is available It’s all excellent Clive the owner and his lovely wife went above and beyond helping us with scooter hire & sorting train tickets which was much appreciated. The hotel is ideally located for beautiful Patnem beach which is about 5 mins walk with its many bars and restaurants Palolem is not far and walkable (less than 45 mins) as well or a small fare tuk tuk ride away So a great place to stay & we will return

We had a lovely stay at Eve Resort. The highlight was definitely the staff. Thank you to Clive and Marilyn, and their lovely staff Sheeri, Nitu, Rampati, Shobha and Ram for being so smiley, helpful and welcoming. We were put in a quiet room upon request. The shower was very hot during the sunny days. The bed was very comfortable and the fridge and kettle were a plus. The room was a very decent size with balcony. We had a few issues that the staff quickly resolved. The location is perfect, and very quiet besides some dogs sometimes barking at night. The breakfast is decent. Overall, we would definitely come back to Eve Resort!

Well located, it's a short walk to the main street which leads down to the beach. Lovely beach. Good family run hotel with large clean rooms, ours had a balcony overlooking garden and trees. The furniture is a bit tired but there was a fridge in the room - a bonus! Breakfast is under a covered area which is also a bar/restaurant - lovely to sit there and chat with folks who were regulars, staying for several weeks to avoid the British winter. Good choice of breakfast, staff really friendly and helpful. Owner too, he arranged both scouter hire and taxi to the airport and was happy answering questions before we arrived.

The property is set away from the road a couple of hundred metres from the beach. The communal area of the property are very well maintained as are the rooms. The room I took was very well appointed, super clean, much larger than expected and it had a balcony. Clive down in reception was very helpful, he organised a tuk tuk to the station when I left. I ate in the restaurant and it was very nice and well priced.

The rooms have a balcony but it’s a solid door you have to open so when it’s shut there’s no natural light. Not a problem really as most us don’t spend a lot of time in our rooms when we are away!

Great location near Patnem beach road, but still possessing many silent rooms which face away from the main road which it is located on. Family run, very friendly, great staff. Has a decent restaurant + good bar on-site. Rooms are large, air conditioning is good, as are the hot showers. Nice balcony. Owners are happy to help with anything, be it receiving packages or helping with bike rentals, etc.

Barely any negatives, wifi is a bit spotty but this is not better elsewhere in the region.

The rooms are quite spacious with clean toilets, a nice balcony and a mini fridge. The breakfast was quite tasty and they have options from which you can choose along with a beverage/juice. We opted for banana pancake with chocolate sauce and it was awesome. The owners and staff were very friendly and helpful. They guided us very well about the nearby tourist places and how to reach them. It is located within walking distance from the beach and is one the quietest and cleanest beaches and neighbourhood I have visited. The area is not well known and perhaps that is the charm of the place - although it is buzzing with foreign tourists who seem to like the laidback, quaint vibe of the place. There are plenty of cafes, restaurants and shops selling knickacks as well as tattoo and salons in the area.

There's nothing I didn't like it. Everything was perfect.

The premium rooms are extremely comfortable, beds were best we had. We moved to cheaper rooms where the mattress wasn’t as nice. Nie restaurant where we are some of our meals. We also liked the fridge in our rooms. I also asked for 2 pillows in the cheaper rooms where which they provided at no extra charge. You can observe all sorts of birds in the back garden, we even saw a tiny flying squirrel at dusk.

Nothing really, Location is 300m or so away from everything so easily walkable. Wi-Fi out the back balcony can be a little intermittent

The hotel was clean, comfortable and in a great location (a very short walk from the beach). We had a large, spacious room with both air con and a fan, as well as a balcony. Staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, especially when I wasn’t feeling well for a few days. They arranged transfers to and from the airport for a very reasonable price and also sorted our laundry for us. The restaurant on-site does an excellent mix of Indian and Western food. We would happily come back here again!

I liked! Room was nice, clean and smelled fine. Few minutes walk away from the beach needed a bit more organization than living on the beach. Customer Service is super friendly. Breakfast was nice! Thank you! I enjoyed my stay at Eve Resort and highly would recommend this place to stay.

I didn't use wardrobe as it smelled moistured. Maybe adding a floor wiper to the bathroom would help to keep it dryer.. The room is quite dark, because no windows (i was at the backside, which I liked because less traffic noise) balcony door open gave more light to the room. Overall, I had a very nice stay! Thank you!

We loved everything about our stay here. The room was super spacious and was cleaned each day. We had a big bathroom with hot water and a balcony. The breakfast included is also very tasty. The staff are very attentive and friendly, helping us arrange laundry, scooter hire and rickshaw shuttle to the bus station. They also have great local knowledge of sights to see, yoga studio recommendations etc.

No bad things to say! Wish we had stayed longer!
