The staff were exceptional. From the friendly receptionists who checked us in to the attentive waitstaff at the restaurant, everyone went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. They were always ready to assist with a smile. The half-board option included breakfast and dinner. Breakfast was served as a buffet with a wide variety of choices ranging from fresh fruits, pastries, and cereals to hot dishes like eggs, bacon, and pancakes. The quality of the food was excellent, and everything was fresh and flavorful. Dinner was also impressive. Each night featured a different theme, which kept things exciting. The buffet included a diverse selection of dishes, including local specialties, international cuisine, and vegetarian options. The chefs clearly put a lot of effort into the presentation and taste of each dish. Desserts were a highlight, with a decadent selection of cakes, pastries, and fresh fruits.

Very nice hotel. Luxurious ambiance but not at a 5 star pricing. Views of the Sea are brilliant and room/bed was very comfy. Breakfast has a very large choice to satisfy all your needs and the restaurant for the evening served excellent quality food. Wish I could have stayed longer. Staff also helpful and friendly. Nice big parking lot with ample space right in front for guests only. Should I have have to visit Cyprus again, I would probably go back even though I usually like to try different hotels.

I especially like the stuff: Raquel, Carlos, Jimmy... Fantastic, friendly, hardworking and kind people, made my stay a lot better and very comfortable, basically it felt like home 😄 Going to miss you 😉 The food was delicious, especially lunch and dinner. Lots of choices and variations. Drinks at the bar were excellent 👌 Location was perfect, not noisy at all and very close to the beach and main restaurants and pubs. I'll definitely visit again soon 🤩

The only thing was Air-conditioning in the room, was blowing hot air at 10 degrees and had to wait for an hour to start to work properly. I can make a case about the two elevators in the hotel, but it wasn't a big deal once I start using and the waiting time wasn't a problem at all.

Half board was perfect for travelling with a 6 y/o. Plenty of variety to choose from - vegetables, salads, meat, fish, and sweets. We really enjoyed it. Restaurant staff was excellent. The hotel was just 5-7 min walk to the beach. We visited in mid-May when there weren't many party people around. The area surrounding the hotel was very nice, with a short walk to shops, restaurants, and of course, the beach with its crystal clear water. Most importantly, the bus stop was just around the corner of the hotel, making commuting to Palma for 1.5 EUR every 15-20 minutes a great advantage. Since the bus starts from here, you can sit and enjoy the scenery. If you board in Magaluf or Palmanova, you'll likely have to stand until Palma. Transportation options: A11 bus to Palma airport (Cami Porrassa bus stop): 1 hour journey/4 EUR 104 bus directly to Palma Central Station (Estacio Intermodal)@50 min/1.5 EUR From Central Station, we took the Soller train through the Soller valley, which was amazing. We loved the hotel's location as you don't need a car or have to deal with parking. About 1.5 km away is an Aldi where you can buy food for beach snacks. The hotel was clean, the room was spacious, and the staff was very friendly. I highly recommend this hotel for your stay - it was worth every penny. You'll be satisfied.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Mallorca! Everything was clean and well-maintained, and the food was delicious with plenty of options. The staff truly made our experience even better — especially the older lady who was in charge of cleaning the tables. She was incredibly hardworking and kind, always there from morning till night making sure everything ran smoothly. We absolutely loved her! The rooms were cleaned daily, and overall everything was very comfortable and pleasant. Would definitely recommend and return!

Great hotel with excellent service! Very easy to reach from the airport, and the staff were incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay. We also had the option to rent a car right at the hotel, which made exploring the area so convenient. The food was delicious and offered a lot of variety. I would definitely love to come back again!

The staff were amazing so helpful and friendly . Great variety of food . The WiFi on the floor I stayed on was non existent . Which was frustrating . The bar closes at 12 every night . The bar staff were very nice . There was no issue getting sunbeds and we stayed in July. The bedrooms were clean but the corridors were a bit grubby . I would stay here again. It’s about a 5 minute walk from the strip.

Bar closed early for those who didn’t want to go up to strip . Hotel entertainment was very poor. WiFi was bad. Some of the common areas need a good clean there was dirt on the carpet along my corridor from the time we arrived and was still there when we left .

All other waitress was genuinely kind. I really liked the overall stay in this hotel with the only exception below.

For the dinner, 3 drinks are included. However one of the waitress wanted my first one take out of my own hands. Probably that was a missunderstanding, neverthless how he dares to do something like that. Invading the guest’s personal space. it was quite embarrassing.

The hotel provided us above and beyond our expectations; great stay, next level service and amazing food. We would like to thank specially Murini and Oscar for the multiple and daily fun activities, we feel as though we are friends now. The talented crew performers every night at 21:45 was a plus that kept us over the moon. Highlights to the head chef and his fellow coworkers in the kitchen, the variety and quality of food was a pleasant and much appreciated surprise. Impossible not to mention charismatic Manolo, thank you for bringing joy during our meals. The hotel is also located in the most fun part of the city, with beautiful beaches and livid nightlife - tons of nightclubs in a 10min walk. We also had no trouble moving around as there is a bus station right out of the reception. Definitely HSM Atlantic Park gave us all we need to have a great time on our honeymoon. We can't wait to come back!

A particular problem we had was the lenght of the bad, 180cm cut a bit short for me. Another small issue was thar the air conditioner was not functioning as it should, but leaving the window opened did the work just fine. But those are easy to deal compared to all the pros the hotel was able to offer.

Everything was fine and clean, the staff was very kind and helpful. The food quality is medium-high, the location is easy reachable with rented car. Beach is 200 meters about. The bed is really comfortable.

The food was almost the same every day, however the selection is wide. The pool is not heated, it was not useable at the end of April. There parking place are few, there is a big place "for parking", but it was forbidden and we got a penalty from police.
