Best hotel i've ever experienced. Staffs were all super attentive and helpful from the moment we arrive till the moment we leave. Not even a single staff were rude or ignorant. Swimming pool separated men n women. And both have got adult and children pool!! The breakfast was delicious 😋 and halal. Not typical nasi lemak roti canai. Variety of malaysian dishes were there. Nasi tomato, fried kuewtiaw, porridge, pulut ikan masin, ubi kayu, pastries and all sorts of bread, lempeng, mee sup, pao, fruits, hash browns n etc. And no queue at the egg station!! Very clean, spacious and cold room. We even off the ac for the night n the room was still cold! Love it! Will definitely come again.

Anchovy in nasi goreng raia taste bad, so so taste, only for hungry stomach, not worth for try out..all 4 pillows are firm, should be 2 firm n 2 soft, even it is announced that you can ask the receptionist for softer pillows, the breakfast start at 7am, should be as early as 630am..

Internet access slow as hell! - Tested speedtest.net for hotel wifi only got 2-5 Mbps. - Tested my Maxis data even got 40-50 Mbps. - Complained to fromt desk, they just gave us a bunch of password token slips to try on. - They failed to understand, it's not that password didn't work, the internet line itself was terrible.

The food is good and the portion is big. Love that they have variety of drinks compared to other hotels with limited choice. Location is not that far from the centre. No need to worry about the parking lot because it was spacious. The room is also very spacious for us to do our prayers. Love also that in the bathroom there is a pipe under the shower so it was easy for us to take wudu'

The bulb in one of our bathroom is a bit dim compared to the other room. During our stay, seems like the dining in room service starts at 12 so a bit dissapointed on that part because we thought of having in room breakfast, not sure if the policy is like that or just during that time. Other than that all is great

The staff was very accommodating and helpful. We ordered mee goreng mamak, nasi goreng, and nasi putih sambal udang from the room service. The presentation and taste of the food were surprisingly delicious. And it was cheap too, only RM18 if I'm not mistaken. Compared to other hotel room service, the price for a simple nasi goreng can exceed RM40. They have a kids room for your children to play in.

While the room service food was exceptional, the breakfast at the kafe was meh.

I enjoyed my stay in a comfortable room. The breakfast and lunch, especially the "ikan bawal goreng" set, were delicious. The staff, particularly at the Tepi Bendang Cafe, were very pleasant.

Your management should upgrade the front door glass to prevent wind and water from entering the hotel.

Pillows were slightly uncomfortable but otherwise all ok

It has a big hall so it can support big events with ample parking space available; outdoor area is spacious making your view of the surrounding area looks widen and great.

Nothing about the physical state and facilities that I didn't like , except for the write up of the FAQs of the hotel about parking not available - this must be taken out because it is not true.

Alhamdulillah, we have upgraded to Studio Executive and request an extra bed. The room very comfortable for 3a + 2k (6yo & 3yo). They provide welcome fruits and biskut raya. Thank you for the arrangement.

Bed sheets and pillow cases are rather worn down. Needs replacement Some parts of toilet door needs sprucing up, paint was flaking off Armchair needs upholstering
