The beds were very comfortable and the pillows! I also loved the coffee machine so in the early morning I could have coffee in bed - bonus that the coffee was delicious. The room was cleaned and restocked for the following night and the vending machines and restaurant was convenient. My husband enjoyed the lounge/bar in the evening. I also loved the DOVE soaps provided. My favorite brand and scent. Those little things make a big difference at a hotel. I also loved the coffee in the lobby! I would absolutely stay again.

I honestly liked everything. If I could change one thing, I wish our bathroom was a tad bigger. That was very minor though.

The room and bed was comfortable. Breakfast was an unexpected benefit and sit down regular restaurant. Great start to every day. The common areas were lovely, super clean, coffee bar, and warm cookies in the afternoon.

The pool was on full view of the restaurant and highway. Perhaps film on the windows would make it less visible. The workout room was in the basement in a small room. Closet in the room was odd with storage box design. I always hang our clothes up and that was not possible.

The location is just beyond walking distance from town, along the highway. My room faced the back of the building so noise wasn't an issue. The breakfast was to order, not buffet. Coffee was good and I liked having the Keurig, fridge and microwave in the room. The pool is in its own room in the parking lot accessed by an underground tunnel. It was big enough with everything you need--lots of seating and tables, and clean towels.

There was confusion about breakfast--my rate did not include it, but I was offered a voucher for additional funds at checkin. When I went to breakfast, they said I was not entitled to the voucher so it cost me almost double. Air conditioning unit was a bit loud.

We had a late check in and the staff were very nice and helpful. Check in was easy. They have a bar that stays open until 11am. They have the pool which is indoors which is nice as well bc if you haven't experience ld the ocean water in Maine or NH you will appreciate the pool. However, the hallways and the elevator had an unbearable strong smell; it literally smelled like burnt rubber or some of the sort. At first I thought it was just near the elevator in the lobby but as we got to our floor it hit us hard. Powerful smell. The next morning same thing. I'm not sure what the smell is but it is not pleasant. The bed is comfortable. But the pillows… i woke up with a severe kink in my neck. The bathroom was nice and clean. No issues with the room and the smell from the hallway did not linger into the room, thankfully.

Our stay was a quick overnight on the way home from our travels. We booked on an app, arrived 20 minutes later and checked in. The hotel seems to have just been renovated so the elevator coverings were up and the building had a new smell. Something you would expect with new renovation. Our room was extremely clean. We didn’t require much because we only stayed one night. We didn’t eat on the premise because I was looking for for options than what was provided on site so we ate next door. I would highly recommend this location.

Very clean and newly renovated hotel. The bed was VERY comfortable with fabulous pillows. The breakfast is excellent. It's not your usual buffet breakfast. You actually get a menu to order from and use the coupons they give you for your free breakfast. Excellent coffee as well and I'm a bit of a coffee connoisseur. We will definitely stay there again when we come back to Portsmouth, N.H.

Nothing. It was a perfect stay.

The hotel was a nice 20-25 minute walk, through neighborhoods, to most Portsmouth attractions downtown. It was cheaper than hotels closer to downtown by a significant amount and was probably similar quality and comfort. We used the simple gym every morning - treadmill, elliptical, bike and simple bench with weights.

I was shocked to find that breakfast (or continental breakfast) was not included in my stay! At the price paid I should have been afforded complimenatry breakfast.

The room refrigerator was very small AND inside a cabinet which kept in the heat regardless of the vent holes. Take the refrigerator out of the cabinet and use a larger unit. Also, could have placed a menu to the restaurant included in the room, or at the very least, have a link to the menu. I wanted to visit the restaurant but didn't know what was on the menu and prices.

Good breakfast - not too big for us British folk! Location great as it's in walking distance from Downtown Portsmouth and a 5-7 min car journey to the office.

A set of steps to the Roundabout Diner would be great - we alternated breakfast/dinner at the hotel and there and had to get down a steep and uneven slope.

Buffet on Sunday better than Saturday cook to order. There was only one waitress so service was slow. Overall she did a great job and the best she could.
