Beautiful property. Felt luxurious. Perfect location. Spa was amazing. Pool area was beautiful and clean. Great views and a coffee counter on site. Restaurant was delicious. Loved my stay here.

Shower was finicky on temperature. Room service was crazy expensive and my tv wasn’t working at times. First guy who checked me in didn’t know where the restaurant was (it was right above the lobby.. 30 feet away.. haha) and sent me to the wrong side of the hotel when I asked where my room was.

Perfect location to eagle bahn gondola… our ski instructor for lions head was amazing Garrett is his name he is superb… s’mores at 5pm every evening for the kids was the bomb… there were so many amazing Jamaican staff at the hotel!!! They Jamaicans really make the stay special they engage you and make you feel so at home!!!! Head of house keeping was a gem!!! I got to meet her and one of the supervisors Keisha Phillips S.

Everything was lovely

The location was great and the car service made it even better. The food was good and the servings were sizable.

The advertisement showed rooms with a bath. I received a room that only had a shower and there were no rooms with a bath available when I checked in. The front desk said they would call if a room with a bath came available during my 4 day stay but they never called back to give an update.

the property was beautiful! The amenities were fantastic! The staff has been exceptional, all so helpful & full of smiles & energy. This hotel was one of my favorite I’ve ever stayed at. It elevated my experience without a doubt. I would highly recommend to anyone staying in vail.

excellent location and amenities for the mountain! excellent style and lots going on. also the in town bus ends up right there if you do not take the complementary shuttle!

Should have a larger wine list for the restaurant and hotel. Also should have plastic wine glasses for the pool area.

The breakfast was great, good located, the room had an excellent view, clean and safe, staff is kind. I really appreciated the free water and tea in the mornings. The gym is perfect with a great equipment, the rooms are very confortable and full of very nice details. It is fully recommended

I would like a more accesible rates for the breakfast and I consider that the sanitized towels to clean the equipment in the gym are not with good quality because they became dry inmediately

It was absolutely beautiful!!!

Concierge was unable to provide us a bus transport option for returning to the Denver airport. We got online and booked via Peak1 on our own. Apparently Hythe has only certain vendors and they were all booked on the day we left.
