The location was very good for me. The front desk manager is fabulous. The breakfast had a lot fo options.

I wish there was a lactose-free milk option for coffee, and a simple egg omelette without milk or cheese. It would have been helpful to have a long knife to cut muffins and bagels. I was surprised that the ironing board and iron were not put away after I used them and that the towels were not replaced that same day. The parking lot is completely open and opens to a larger parking lot for stores, so there are a lot of strangers who have access to the cars.

The pool was very nice. The breakfast was a full American breakfast with choices of eggs/omelettes, bacon/sausage, pancakes, cereal/oatmeal, fruit, pastries, and juices with coffee/tea which available all day. The staff was wonderful. We checked in very late (10:30 pm) and someone was there and never made it seem like a bother. It was very easy to get to from the Ft.Lauderdale airport. It was located with a small shopping center in walking distance which included a supermarket.

The only thing that was concerning was that getting in and out of the tub/shower was very slippery and I almost fell. There was one safety bar for getting in the shower, but there really should be another bar IN the shower.

This was a well priced hotel in a great location and the free breakfast was really appreciated. The cleaners did an excellent job of keeping my room clean.

The hotel is a little tired looking and the hall carpet needed vacuuming.

The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable of the surrounding area. Recommend great restaurants for dinner.

The hotels computer system was extremely slow. It took well over 40 minutes to check in 6 people into 3 rooms on one credit card. I booked online weeks before.. The staff was apologetic as it clearly was a systemic issue. They made the best of a bad situation.

When we arrived the chair in the room was broken and we could not easily open the sliding door and the air conditioner was blowing dust. We called the front desk and all the issues were fixed to our satisfaction!

Could not beat location; close to highway, shopping, restaurants, etc. Can't comment on breakfast, as when we went to eat it was all gone and the staff was cleaning up. Did appreciate that bathroom was outfitted with very nice toiletries.

The rooms were very clean. Whitney at the front desk was super sweet. The breakfast was excellent with a nice variety of breakfast choices. My husband needed extra towels and they sent them to our room no problem.

The one thing that I did not like and did not complain about was the water in the bath tub took extremely long to go down. The tub would fill to the ankles and so we had to take shaths lol, half shower half bath. It was only for one night so we dealt with it.

The receptionist, Heather at the front desk was here most of the time of my stay. The woman was amazing and would constantly ask me if I needed anything if everything‘s okay. The service that she provided was unbelievable!!! The rooms were clean and very well organized.

Everybody that works there smiles, and his friendly and they’re never mean that’s very odd these days management hopefully appreciate their stuff because the managements obviously doing their job.

I wish the water pressure was a little better. Other than that I can’t complain. I’ll take that over anything.
