It was like staying in “The Royal Suite” in a posh hotel. NAS the owner was exceptional in his friendliness and helpfulness. The decor was incredible.So beautifully done. Very close to the beach yet quiet. Nas gave us a bowl of delicious fruit which we loved. So kind. Lots of free parking was a bonus !

We had to ask for cereal bowls but what ever we asked for was instantly provided.

The flat was clean and comfortable and had plenty of space - we were out at the tennis and sightseeing, so we didn’t require anything complicated - bed, bathroom and breakfast.

The kitchenette could have been better equipped in terms of glassware, crockery and cutlery - there wasn’t enough for two, making using the area for breakfast preparation a bit tricky. Otherwise, all fine.

The apartment was close to the Sovereign centre and near to Princes park and the front of Eastbourne. Lovely and quiet and convenient to travel to/from. We were there for a family funeral so was an ideal place to stay. Everything was provided that we needed and had no problems.

Toilet next to obscure window with no blind. Felt very uncomfortable. Other people have mentioned this but owner has not addressed this yet....

We stayed here because up until 1966 it was my home as a child. The conversion has been done very sympathetically keeping many of the original features. I love the hallway which, to quote Paul Simon "has angels in the architecture" (well Cherubs anyway !). Spotlessly clean and spacious for two people. Offstreet parking in this area is a huge bonus. The hosts also own Simply Patisserie in South Street in town and offer a discount, check it out - the cakes were amazing and the salads looked great.

The property is in an amazing location, about a 4/5 minute walk to the sea. Nas and her family, who own the property, are the nicest people you could meet. They are so welcoming, generous, kind and friendly; nothing was too much trouble. The flat was clean, it had everything we needed and the bed was so comfortable. We would definitely recommend this property to other travellers.

EVERY THING WAS GREAT WE HAD A VERY COMFORTABLE STAY .THE HOSTS WERE VERY NICE AND HELPFULL.LOCATION WAS GOOD WITH A 25 MINUTE WALK TO THE PIER AND SHOPS .THE FLAT WAS SPOTLESSLY CLEAN .CLEANING MATERIALS WERE PROVIDED AS WAS BATHROOM TOILETRIES .BED WAS NICE AND COMFY. BEACH WAS A TWO MINUTE WALK WHERE THERE WAS A COUPLE OF CAFES AND TOILETS

Great location, a bijou flat with all the facilities I needed and convenient for my relatives. Had everything required and owner met me to handover the keys. Good, quiet, secure property.

Netflix would just exit intermittently- may need a router booster or broadband was playing up - apart from that no problem.

Naz and Nou Nou are very nice and helpful The flat was spotless with a nice comfy bed On site parking 25minute walk to pier and shops 2 minutes walk to the beach Cafe and toilets available to next to the beach

A first class place to stay. Wonderful location, very clean and comfortable. The bed was very good quality and slept soundly each night. The owner was attentive and very flexible.
