the bedroom was big, cleaned most days and fresh bedding. it was easy to lock, most of the time we didn’t have to because it felt very safe. the bathroom (shared) was kept very clean and was mostly empty. the kitchen was lovely and spacious, had all the utensils we needed and kept clean, we had a space for all our food and drinks. the pool was great, good size and wasn’t busy. the sun beds were awesome as we could relax in the garden, i love how there’s options on where to eat as there’s seating in many different place’s. the breakfast was absolutely amazing! so many different options to suit different needs. it’s a lovely sociable open suit where you help yourself. it was my partners birthday and they left out some gifts and a card which was one of our highlights! i have already recommend this place to a few close friends!

the bedroom had a slight bit of mould on the walls which made it feel a bit dirty, it wasn’t anything astonishing and could be cleaned i’m sure. its expected as its next to the bathroom/pool so we were fine. it didn’t change our stay but could affect someone with respiratory issues etc. we could’ve done with another towel or changed more often as they got refreshed every few days. we took them to the beach and had to use them to shower afterwards, which meant sand got everywhere, slightly our issue i can’t blame you! that’s the only things i could say could be improved. we had an amazing stay with you guys!

I loved my stay here. I got a private bedroom with private bathroom, but still had the social aspect of a hostel. Bedroom and bathroom were clean, nice and comfortable. And given that the hostel is divided into different houses, the kitchen is always clean, usable and not crowded. Staff were great, other guests were really nice, breakfast was simple but very tasty and convenient. Would definitely stay again!

Not something they can control at all - but if you are a light sleeper or sensitive to noise, there is a huge construction happening just across the road that begins quite early. This was the only downside. All the rest was great!

My flight was delayed and I was running very late, but the staff kindly messaged me on Whatsapp to check everything was okay, which was nice. They were so friendly and really helpful, explaining to me how the local buses worked and recommending good beaches nearby. Having your own room in a hostel is definitely a bonus, it was a huge room too, a double bed and loads of space. The shared bathroom was very clean and there was never anybody using it when I wanted to, so that was a bonus! Very good location, less than 5 minutes from a supermarket and walking distance from different beaches. It was a separate house from the main hostel, just 2 doors down, it had outside seating and a spacious kitchen area. The house I stayed in was very quiet, I never really saw anyone, the kitchen was always clean and I always had it to myself when using it! The main hostel area has a little pool area outside too, which was nice. Overall, really enjoyed my stay here and I would definitely stay here again 😊

Nothing bad to say at all!

Surf Riders offers a great base for exploring Corralejo. The hostel is conveniently located near the beach and shops, making it easy to get around. The rooms are a decent size and have plenty of space for storage. The breakfast was enjoyable and the terraces were a nice place to relax. The staff were friendly and helpful, and there was a good range of services available.

The shared bathroom could be improved. There was a slight plumbing smell and the tub was a bit rusty. It was also inconvenient to wait to use the bathroom when other guests were showering. The room downstairs was very hot, even with the window open. The fan wasn't working, which made it a little uncomfortable to sleep.

I like that there are several separate houses where you share a kitchen with not too many people (at least when you're not in the main house). The cleaners are there almost every day, so the bathroom is always clean with fresh mats and towels. The people at the reception are always friendly and help you with whatever you need. The breakfast doesn't have a big variety but fresh fruits, juices, cereals and croissants. I think the hostel is definitely worth the price. I love that you can store your luggage and have a shower after your check out for free!

There is only one sunbed at one pool, where you can lie in the sun and chill. And the beach is a 25min walk away. Would be nice to have a place at the hostel to chill in the sun after surf. The matress was not very comfortable. I had a small room, which was enough for me. Something (like a hook) to hang the towel would be nice though.

Nice geust house with mostly surfers staying. There are several buildings. Can use kitchen, fridge for free. Big sitting erea, friendly staff, they organize social events every other night, like pizza night, tapas etc 5 mins from bus stop, big supermarket across the road, beach is 7 mins walk away. At the edge of the complex, so quiet at night. Great breakfast, in general, would stay again

The bathroom was private, but had to go out of room to general hall and open door with the key. A bit inconvenient at night/early morning. 2 big construction sites around. They start to work early.

The value for money was amazing. A choice of two pools. Great location. Fabulous breakfast choices. Friendly staff. Having stayed in some much more expensive hostels in the past, this was simply incredible how much you got for so little money1

2 small wrinkles. EXTREMELY squeaky beds. Even rolling over was very noisy and disturbed each other. As for any other activities that might make the bed squeak... It would have been far too noisy ;) We booked the private bathroom, which we received, BUT we were disappointed to have to go out of our room into a communal hallway to access it. We would recommend the owners put a lockable door on the end of the small hallway which would enable to have some privacy when going to the bathroom in the middle of the night, instead of having to find a bathrobe and unlock and relock the doors as you could lock the outer door and leave the bedroom and bathroom doors unlocked.

I loved the house I was living in, as it had literally anything you needed. Furthermore, breakfast was good, and the hosts organized a great tapas evening when I was staying there (which happens every week) which for someone who was travelling alone was really good to get to know people.

The beds could have been a bit more comfortable and it was really easy for someone to peek into your garden (although I did not experience real inconveniences in this regard)

I had a nice room with a balcony and a private bathroom. I also had access to the property's kitchen, and the location of the accommodation was really good. It was only about a 3-minute walk to the shopping center with a good supermarket, and it was about a 25-minute walk from the city center. I really liked the fact that the hosts were organizing occasional social events and other attractions. The staff was very helpful and informative.

There was a big construction site opposite my window, so it was very noisy from 8am, but obviously, it isn't the fault of Surf Riders. Once the construction is done, it should be quiet again. Also, some visitors were very loud at night, but again, that was on the street, so not the property's fault. I couldn’t find any remote to the rooms tv but it was that important to me I’ve really missed the boiled eggs for breakfast as they were not in the selection...

The location is great only a short walk from the hostel shops bars and restaurants short walk to the main strip everything you need to be comfortable plus nice fresh food at breakfast and a lovely hostel rep on reception Lovely private balcony and private room private bathroom all lockable and clean

There is building work during the week around the hostel. Major building work of a hotel lots of dust meaning during week not great to relax round the pool Not the hostels fault A few ants in the room but I get that it's a hot country
