Very well maintained and spotlessly clean. Excellent onsite bar and restaurant.

We stayed during a heatwave and didn’t notice when booking that our room didn’t have aircon. As on a fairly busy road, opening the window wasn’t an option because of noise. If we stayed again we’d make sure we select an executive room. The bed was positioned unnecessarily close to the wall one side making getting in tricky.

The staff, an older couple, were extremely kind and helpful. They only spoke a little English (and we hardly know any French), but we were still taken very good care of. The place has a huge outdoors area, including a small pool. There are only five rooms, so there were a lot of space for everyone.

There was no WiFi, and no fridge in the rooms. Otherwise, everything was great.

Want sure what to expect as we drove up but once inside this hotel is very nice. It is clean, well appointed rooms with comfortable beds. Good location for walking round Le Mans. Staff are very polite and friendly. The Le Marceau restaurant was very nice with good quality food and service and there is a very nice bar area inside the hotel.

On leaving we asked the receptionist if there was a bakery nearby. It was a Sunday. He gave us directions but when we got there, it was closed. We expected that his local knowledge would have guided us differently ie telling us they close on Sundays and should try the supermarket nearby. That was disappointing but a small thing.

Nice comfortable and clean room with decent shower etc. in a nice hotel in good location. Bar and Restaurant nice and food was excellent and value for money. Good parking and a safe area.

Restaurant lacked a bit of atmosphere but other than that very nice stay and would definitely stay again in the future.

Restaurant in the evening had a good choice and was reasonably priced. Easy parking. Breakfast had good selection cold, hot, drinks etc. Tram to go to centre was easy. We drove to Le Mans Museum but could easily have gone on the tram.

Space around bed was restricted.

Location and parking

The bed was too close to the wall. There were no staff to greet us at breakfast and no one around to top up empty food bowls. They were also not concerned when I had to ask for more fruit and srambled egg which had run out !

Great location for the race circuit and next to a tram stop to get into the main town. Shares parking with the bistro its attached to, we had plenty of spaces but possibly tricky on race days. The bistro was really good, better food than expected. Staff were great. Very nice bar area with loads of racing pictures on the walls. Good buffet breakfast if wanted. Nice bedroom with a big bed. Le Mans old town is lovely and the newer shopping area is huge.

Location close to race course. Look - well fitted and decorated. Staff did best to accommodate non-French speakers. Great parking.

Room was small. No lift meaning we had to relocate to ground floor (our fault - should have mentioned at time of booking and staff were great in reassigning rooms).

Stayed here on our journey down to our second home, so didn’t get to see Le Mans. Very nice, clean and welcoming hotel, looks new. Huge bed, nice bathroom and good facilities. Restaurant food was excellent. Reasonably priced. Friendly staff.
