For some reason I haven’t used Kyriad Hotels for many years, this was a very pleasant experience. Due to road works it was difficult for me to find the entrance but once parked the greeting and staff were excellent. My room was well prepared and clean, bed was very comfortable. I had dinner later on and had a good meal. Very pleased and will use again.

Due to the Road works I had a problem I had difficulty finding the car park entrance, after that it was easy.

Room was spotless...bed was very comfortable. Reception staff were very friendly and welcoming especially for my dog too!

Only niggle I have is adjoining rooms is not my preference as sound travels..not a problem for me but my Dog barks at anything and didn't want her to disturb others. Also next rooms TV remote turned my tv over / on / off - not a problem for me as I was only having it on for background noise but if you were watching a film it could possibly be annoying.

Nice clean place with helpful staff. Location near (but not too near) a good supermarket. Variety of nearby food from nice hotel restaurant to BurgerKing. Parking is easy. Dog friendliness is good, with seating area available in bar near reception.

All was good - except memory foam type mattress - some folk really like them - I just don't. Out off eggs for breakfast but the cheese, bread, and bacon were good.

The customer service was exceptional. At the start we had a hard journey, a very hot day & the aircon had stopped & we had a cat with us. So we arrived very stressed, We were greeted by Alexia, (I hope the name is right) who was very swift to book us in so we could get the cat sorted, then quickly organised drinks and then later rang around garages with another colleague to help get our aircon sorted. It was fixed and we continued the journey the next day in a lot better shape. All staff very helpful & friendly, including dinner & breakfast staff - and we felt very welcomed & supported on this stay.

Put more milks in the room? But not much else..!

This is a very good hotel, very clean and very nicely decorated and the room had tea making facilities (the only one during my 10 day trip to have this!!) The breakfast was very good with lots of options including bacon and eggs. The hotel has a very good restaurant and again the only hotel during my 10 days to have an open restaurant and the food was of a very high quality. Good parking and location.

Parking off street and right outside the hotel. Modern décor in reception and our room. This was a stop over on a roadtrip and is perfect for that as not too far from motorway. Room was a reasonable size and very clean and comfortable

Lovely clean hotel. All Staff were exceptional. One member of staff in particular helped with my little boy who had burnt his hand (nothing serious). She tended to it, making him feel better. Thank you so much. The staff are a credit to the hotel.

Would have been even better if there was an option for evening meal. We arrived Friday afternoon and there didn't appear to be an open restaurant onsite.

Its location to where I needed to be, the staff and a comfy clean room.

Sadly the room keys (electronic) were not working for my stay. This will have now been rectified - the staff were super helpful opening my room as many times and when I needed it. Big thanks to them!

Everything! Lovely clean hotel, friendly staff, very quiet so no problem sleeping, rooms were great and everything working, towels, bedding changed daily, breakfast was high quality and varied selection. Plenty of parking space. The place to stay in Le Mans.

Hotel was clean and appeared recently renovated. Choice of parking outside or undercover. Bed was exceptionally comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. Food was excellent.
