I liked that it has a kitchenette which was good for our week stay. The beds were comfortable.

I had booked a two queen bedroom because it was me and my friends however when we checked in it was just one king bed. I went down to reception and told them and showed my booked room. The reason for this was because they were fully booked and over booked the room. Which I do not understand how that happened I booked a month on advance. But the couch was a pull out do my friend slept on the pull out. Also could not give me any of the basic kitchen thing like a pot or anything because they did not have anymore however did not end up needed anyway.

Every positive aspect of this hotel is made possible by the extremely hard working staff,Lillian,Robbin,and everyone I've encountered have gone above and beyond to make my stay stress free and comfortable.

The elevator has moments where it gets stuck on the third floor. The vending machines carry expired chips and the soda machine has a visible piece where black mold is present. This touches the bottom of each container in the machine when sold. Allow me to say none of the above is the fault of the staff. Outside companies service these items.

I am currently still staying at this location. I will eternally be grateful to the entire staff at this hotel. Robbin,Lilian,Sunny,and the entire staff from housekeeping to the porter Emanuel go above and beyond even the highest of standards the hospitality industry dictates. They make you feel as much as family as they can,and always provide a kind word everyday to brighten your spirits. Every request is met with a smile and they accommodate you without hesitation. Their combined efforts make for a place where you feel safe,wanted,and comfortable. You just simply cannot ask for more than that when it comes to a hotel and their staff.

The Elevator is broken on a daily basis,often getting stuck on the third floor,but this is by no fault of the staff. The vending machine company who refills and maintains the soda and snack machine need to do a better job of cleaning the inside of the machines. They also need to ensure the products aren't expired. The payment system is often broken on them as well.

Every staff i met was awesome 👌 👏 5 stars to them.

There has to be someone at the desk.the front desk staff seems to be overworked.i see the lady not sure if she is the manager at the desk but she is going back and forth with the linen Carter washing around the back.either you are short of staff .which seems to be the case.i have to change my key fog 3 times the keys doesn't work.but everything else was good .nice staff

Clean and quiet

The key cards. I had to have a few replacements as the cards would stop working. Not a major issue but parking was only available in the rear of the property and there was a lot of constant rain due to a Nor Easter. So having to walk around the building several times because I could not get in through the rear door due to key card failure, was not fun nor pleasant.

Staff were wonderful, and the room was clean and comfortable

AC cord tripping hazard. Damaged surfaces throughout the room and missing boards in the bathroom. Strictly cosmetic but might be off-putting for some. Based on price of $243 USD per night, I expected a finished and safe room.

Breakfast was only cereal bars and muffins. I didn’t like that I had to leave a $100.00 security deposit, even though i got it back in a few days. That should have been noted on the website.

Some days it was full some days it was empty. No sugar at all but area clean.

Have nothing negative to say about the Hotel or staff. Everyone and everything was good. Treated nicely and always received great customer service

This was a beautiful place. The two attendees were awesome. I really couldn’t remember their names,I know it was a manager and nite and morning attendee. I really appreciate them all for welcoming me.
