This was an ideal place to stay for visiting Great Smokey Mountains National Park. The rooms were spotlessly clean, and in particular, the shower was powerful. It was a quiet haven away from the hustle and bustle of the Casino just across the road. The staff were welcoming and friendly, and a good breakfast was provided. All in all, it's a good value hotel in a great location. No frills, but everything was great, and they have all the basics right. I would be happy to stay there again.

The hotel was a little outdated, and the carpets in some of the public areas of the hotel are worn down and are in need of replacement.

The facility was clean & in a great location

When we arrived, there was no staff present. We called and searched to no avail. After almost 30 minutes the staff member came in from outside smelling strongly of Marijuana. He stated he was on a smoke break. I stated yeah I smell the pot. He said no, just a smoke. I laughed & said ok whatever. He never apologized. We all went up to room & showered. We came down to go to casino & the lobby still reaked of marijuana

Everything exceed my expectations

We liked the location of the hotel and the upkeep of the grounds. The place was clean, and I liked that. I also liked the fact that the room was comfortable and was a good size. We had a good time at the hotel.

We thought it was not pet friendly, that's why we didn't bring our pet, but a dog was barking on the floor we stayed on, and it barked loudly, we heard it on two occasions which was not good. If you are not pet-friendly, then there should be no pets allowed.

The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. We were spoken to every morning during our stay. They asked if everything was okay and if we needed anything to let them know. The breakfast was really good! There were two buses that came in with elders and I can witness that they were all taken care of and tended to by the staff. The staff was working to meet their guests needs to the best of their ability. I will be staying here again when I come back. I felt safe and secure. Right across the street from the casino, walking distance and other restaurants in the area. Thank you for the hospitality.

I liked that the hotel was clean, and the front desk staff were very kind. Also breakfast was good. Location was perfect.

When I asked a housekeeper for clean towels ect. She told me it wasn't her job I should've got them earlier and for me to call the front desk for them. So I did that and the front desk lady was at my door with the items. She also apologized. And the pillows were so uncomfortable.

It was quiet and had continental breakfast. Staff was very friendly!

Nothing.. the property was fine. Our room carpet didn’t look like it had been vacuumed well where you could see. Then around the edges of the beds where you couldn’t see unless you were looking was food, lots of crumbs, and airplane bottle of liquor. Definitely hadn’t been cleaned there or those things would have been found

THE BED WAS QUITE COMFORTABLE

UPON CHECKING OUT IN THE MORNING, ALL OF THE LUGGAGE CARTS (4) WERE TAKEN. IT WOULD HAVE BEEN NICE TO HAVE MORE OF THEM.

Breakfast was great!! Maid Service Very Good. Customer Service Reps were very polite and friendly. facility very clean. Handicap parking slots were great," JUST NOT" enough of them for the amount of traffic there.

Room smelled musty. (Carpet felt damp. may have caused musty smell.) Ants around AC System.

Friendly desk staff, room was perfect with comfy beds, nice sitting area, and being next to the elevator was super quiet. That was a big surprise! We enjoyed a great breakfast both days with plenty to choose between. I thought the sausage gravy was the best I had at a hotel!
