From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with such warmth and grace that we instantly felt at home. The level of hospitality at this hotel is truly exceptional—every detail, from the check-in experience to the smallest touches in the room, was thoughtful and intentional. The property itself is stunning, a serene blend of traditional Tunisian charm and modern comfort. Our room was beautifully designed, with sweeping views and calming interiors that made it hard to leave. A special thank you to Safwan and the entire team, whose kindness and care turned our stay into a meaningful experience. Whether it was helping with last-minute requests or simply greeting us with a smile each morning, they made all the difference. The restaurant was another highlight—fresh, flavorful meals served in an amazing setting. We especially appreciated being given a bit of extra time at checkout so we could enjoy one last lunch before heading to Tunis. This place is more than a hotel—it’s a haven. We leave rested, inspired, and already dreaming of our return.

We had a lovely stay at this hotel. The rooms were spacious & clean, the food was absolutely delicious, and every staff member we interacted with was warm and welcoming. The spa was also a real highlight : relaxing and well-run.

The only reason I’m not giving a full 10/10 is due to a mismatch in expectations: this is advertised as an adults-only hotel, which was a big reason we booked it. Unfortunately, there were children running around during our stay. When we raised it with staff, we were told they were family of the owner. While we understand it’s the owner's property, it feels unfair, especially when guests (like us) leave their own kids at home specifically to enjoy a child-free environment. Otherwise, everything else was perfect.

The entire hotel is spotlessly clean, and the spa area is beautifully maintained—perfect for relaxing and unwinding. Our room was exceptionally comfortable, with breathtaking views that made our stay even more special. We genuinely loved every aspect of our experience and can confidently say this is one of the best hotel stays we've had. We will definitely be coming back, and we highly recommend the Royal Tulip Hotel to anyone looking for a high-end, relaxing, and memorable getaway.

The location, the hotel and the staff are wonderful. The current rating under 9 is really unfair for this hotel as it should be minimum 9. The location is one of the most preserved areas in Tunisia with nothing around, no pollution and clear air to breath. It’s almost the only resort in place and you can hear your own breath. The pool is with sea water and another one with extra is with spring water. It’s not touristic area but it’s for people looking to rest, heal and have a good sleep. Special thanks to the concierge staff, Aladdin’s at the reception, the chef and all the waiters that made a nice greetings for my husband birthday.

It’s an isolated area with no public transport not far from downtown so not much activity and would recommend it for people looking to have a luxurious spa experience away from noisy places and crowds.

The perfect hotel to relax and unwind The room was clean, well-equipped, and very comfortable. The beds were especially cozy, and the bathroom was modern. The view of the sea and the garden was also a lovely bonus. Overall, the surroundings with the sea and mountains were simply perfect. The food at the hotel was outstanding! From the breakfast buffet to the evening meals, everything was fresh and of high quality. The dinner at the hotel restaurant was particularly impressive. There was a great selection of dishes that were both delicious and visually appealing. The spa area was absolutely stunning. It was very beautiful and, most importantly, extremely clean. One could truly relax in the peaceful and inviting atmosphere. The sauna and pool also contributed to a rejuvenating stay. Maissa and Raja are truly exceptional staff members – I highly recommend booking a massage with them. Overall, the staff was incredibly friendly and attentive. Every employee we encountered was always helpful and ensured that we felt completely at ease. The warm welcome at the reception and the service in the restaurant were especially noteworthy. We will come again.

Very heartfelt and Professional Service! I was there with my family and my mom who is not mobile anymore. The whole staff was very helpful and caring. The hotel itself is beautiful and tasteful place located in the middle of nature, mountain and the sea!

A group of exterior guests (100 persons) really destroyed the whole dinner buffet. They behaved like hedges. It was a lot of stress and noise. There was nothing left to eat than some rests. It was awful. My family and me could not have a proper dinner, but had to pay the full price.

The hotel, view, staff and breakfast were amazing!!

The road to the Korbous Hot Springs was closed. ( which meant a very big detour by car). The hotel did offer a potential 3 hour boat ride to the hot springs (for a very reasonable price, which on reflection i wish we had taken as the boat left at about 10.30am in the end) on the day we were checking out,, but as we had only booked one night at the hotel, we didn't want to check out early.and wanted to enjoy more of the hotel before we left.

Second day of my staying, we were relaxing by the pool and a group of people where drinking and getting drunk and loud, reported to the water but nothing happened Another day me and my wife where having dinner at the a la carte restaurant one person was vaping in a the restaurant which is not allowed, had to speak twice to the waters to go and ask him to stop which was unacceptable

My initial impression of the receptionists, Hanadi and Saba, was outstanding. The management is incredibly fortunate to have such exceptional professionals. Their hospitality and customer service skills are top-notch—they are welcoming, friendly, immensely helpful, and always exude warmth with their smiles. The rooms are impeccably clean and hygienic, with fresh scents throughout the hotel. Room service is exceptionally prompt. The poolside service is exceptional, with a highly skilled team that excels in customer care.

The food is good, with great variety and taste. However, I expect a broader selection to cater to international tourists. The stay is reasonably priced, but the additional charges for dinner and lunch are exorbitant.
