We had a fantastic stay at the hotel, it was one of my best experiences for a beach vacation. The hotel is situated close to the city centre, a 15 minute walk to shops and restaurants. There is a beach closeby with free sunbeds, while you should also enjoy other beaches that are a short taxi ride like Karfas Beach or Glaroi beach, both cost 15 euros one way. What we enjoyed the most about the hotel was the helpfulness and friendliness of the staff, they made the experience much better. They were always open to help and very hospitable. The rooms were cleaned every day, towels were changed every day. I am thankful that the cleaning staff even airconditioned the room before we arrived from the beach every day :) We had a package including breakfast and dinner. The breakfast was great, everything you need is there. Dinners included one tapas, one salad, two main courses and dessert for two people. Every meal we had were absolutely top-notch, there was nothing we did not like. We got to experience some very good Greek meals throughout the stay. The hotel buildings are beautiful and historical, very picturesque. I think our 5-night stay was absolutely worth the price and we regretted not booking a longer vacation. We had a wonderful stay at the Grecian Castle Hotel in Chios. The breakfast was absolutely delicious, with a wide variety of options at the buffet. The staff was always friendly and attentive, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. Our room was spotlessly clean every day, and the housekeeping was excellent. On top of that, we received a free room upgrade upon request, which we truly appreciated. The service was consistently courteous and professional. Overall, we were completely satisfied and would highly recommend this hotel.

I enjoyed my stay at Grecian Castle Chios! While the rooms weren't super fancy or big, they had everything I needed, and there was a lovely balcony looking over a beautiful courtyard. There was strong AC, good food in the hotel restaurant (including free breakfast), and the staff was nice and helpful. The hotel is also near a local beach, a five-minute drive from the airport, and a 15-20 minute walk from the town center by the port, where there's lots of food and shopping.

My bedroom was lovely and clean. Every bedroom has a roof terrace/balcony. The bathroom was spacious and clean. The food was delicious. I only ate breakfast but it was plenty full and a big selection. Parking was great lots of space. Everything was perfect. The only downside were the other guests in the hotel.

The other guests. They seemed to be a miserable collection of unhappy unsmiling guests. Not sure which countries they were from - maybe not looking like you enjoy life is normal for them but they were not friendly to be around. Sour faces.

The property itself is beautiful and the staff extremely helpful, kind and all around wonderful. Especially the kitchen manager and the lovely woman that works the front desk in the afternoons. I liked the pool a lot, but the opening hours are limited and there is a giant ring of dirt on the wall that needs to be cleaned.

My room was badly in need of a renovation. Even if that’s too expensive, a new mattress, curtains and bedspread would go a long way. It just felt dirty. Especially since there were a number of stains on the walls from where people had smashed bugs. The drains smelled so bad I had to brush my teeth with bottled water so I didn’t gag from the smell.

Our bedroom lights were not all working. Therefore was dim. Staff were not trained in customer service. Unfortunately the Gardner there was not animal friendly and did not allow me to place water bowl (which I purchased for the stray cats that were there). Spoiled my mood, I also noticed amongst other guests there that the stray cats were drinking chlorinated water from pool. As they did not supply any fresh for those stray cats. I mentioned to the lady at reception. Unfortunately I won't be supporting or staying in a hotel where they have not advanced in awareness in animal welfare. Regards Roula Galatoula.

Very convenient location (5 minutes from Chios airport and a few minutes from the harbor promenade which I'd indicate as the city center. Staff very professional and kind, a special mention for Labrini (not sure about the spelling) and Nicole at the breakfast buffet. This latter is very rich with local and international options. Grecian Castle is quite a modern property, especially in the pavillion where our room was, which was recently built. Very high value for money ratio !

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The food was delicious, the rooms were very comfortable, and the location was perfect for exploring the area. The staff were kind and helpful — special thanks to Ms. Labrini for her warm and friendly attitude. She truly made me feel welcome. Highly recommended!

The property was nice, had a nice main building and the building with my room was very nice. There was a private parking. It had a swimming pool although it closed early at 19. Breakfast was very good and varied although coffee wasn’t good (Nescafé isn’t real coffee). It’s also within walking distance to the centre of Chios city.

The room had a lot of neon-type lights at night and let too much light through the window early in the morning. The shower in the bathroom could be improved, it was too small. Wifi didn’t always work.

Hotel has a great location by the sea and it is very big and has a sweet garden our room was spacious and comfortable, they prepared an extra bed for our kid. And all staff was helpful and very kind. They provide all our requests. Breakfast has many options. Pool was big and not crowded.

Our room was clean but it felt superficial because especially in bathroom there was stains and hair. Maybe ı am being meticulous.
