The breakfast spread was delightful and delicious. The room was bright and cozy. The location was very comfortable. Closer the the main station/metro/bus. Very convenient location and a shopping mall was nearby with a huge grocery store for the daily needs. I would like to specially mention Mr Bruno for his wonderful hospitality. He was extremely helpful and gracious enough to help in many ways like finding tours, giving us recommendations etc., which was beyond his duty. Mr Leo was very kind and made sure that the stay in the hotel was comfortable and addressed and resolved any concern immediately.

Nothing to dislike. My stay was comfortable and memorable. However, as i stayed for 9 nights, i think, a bottle of water in the room, every day, would have been great.

I requested a low floor well in advance of visit & the response was hotel would do their best to accommodate. On arrival, told room on 6th floor, because twin room superior (as booked) all on 6th floor. If had known before would have changed to ordinary twin room. We accepted a twin room on 3rd floor, however prior knowledge would have saved money on the booking, as gave up coffee machine, robes etc to get lower floor. Breakfast - no plant based milk.

The staff at reception were warm, friendly, and helpful, and the breakfast staff were really lovely and efficient. The breakfast spread was great; a wonderful variety of bread and pastries, warm food, fruits, cereals and juices. Dishes were quickly topped up when they got close to empty, the room was relaxing, the seats were comfortable. Our room was always perfectly clean when we returned in the afternoon. The location was great; close to many good restaurants, shopping mall, station, and the amazing aquarium.

The room got a little stuffy, but easily resolved with the aircon. Perhaps such a heavy blanket wasn’t necessary.

Liked having coffee maker in the room. Windows can be opened to get fresh air. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast buffet had many choices. Staff were friendly. Easy access to Oriente Train Station, the metro, and a bus across the street that takes you into the city and even to Belem. Lots of restaurants in the area. Enjoyed the Parque das Naçoes and nearby Aquarium.

No fan in the bathroom, so ventilation in there could be improved. Also, would have liked a kettle to make tea.

Lovely breakfast, comfortable room, good location, fair price, and plenty of food, drinks, and water views in walking distance. The proximity to the train station made it really easy to explore the city as well. Staff were very helpful and friendly and we enjoyed the location. The cleaning staff also made sure the espresso was stocked up and the room was tidy each day and provided us with fresh towels.

There was a bad smell in the hallway walking to our room on the 8th floor each day (although not in the room at all). The pillow options were challenging...either too small or too large.

Got upgraded to a junior suite which gave a nice little sitting area to relax after walking around the uos and downs of lisbon. Great room, but having stayed here before I know the room I originally booked would have been just as great as well. Also gave me free breakfast although I only drank the coffee and took advantage of enjoying it in the outdoor seating area.

Only hiccup was on the last night when they cleaned the room, they forgot to replace the towels. Not really a big deal. Front desk took care of it pretty quick. Granted this is a bit of an "in general" thing about hotels but my main problem with this room and pretty much every hotel room I've ever stayed in is always the lighting. Would love to be able to dim the lights to get it to exactly where I want. It's always either too bright or not bright enough. Dimmers would get you to that perfect in between of the 2 extremes.

We had a quiet and comfortable room on the 6th floor of the hotel. The room is reasonably spacious and in a good location with easy access to the water front, restaurants and public transport. The WiFi seemed to work well there was also a coffee machine in the room. We parked in the car park under the hotel that was convenient and secure and reasonably priced. The team were friendly and helpful. The hotel had a corporate hotel feel about it.

We paid $15 per head for breakfast which was a rather disappointing experience. The cold selections were OK but needed to be refreshed more frequently by the team. The hot buffet food was not really hot and in fact quite cold on all 3 mornings. I kind of expect an individually freshly cooked breakfast for $15 per head, not cold food that has been sitting on the hot plate for a long time that has gone quite cold. On reflection we should have asked for a discount due to the poor experience.

The hotel is perfectly located near Parque das Naçoes and close to the Oriente train station. The room was clean, comfortable and we had everything we needed (even the requested baby cot). The bagage handlers were great and alway very helpful! They have a iron room which was also convenient. I can't speak about breakfast as we didn't have it there but overall a great experience in this hotel and not too pricey considering we were there during high season!

I was pregnant (7 months) and there wasn't a single time were I had priority over other guests at the reception, always needed to wait while there is a clear sign that pregnant women should have priority access. Also, when we arrived to our room and were taking a nap, someone from the staff knocked (only once) and entered the room to give us a welcome gift - it was a lovely attention but the person should have been informed that we were inside and/or knock 3 times as it's commonly done in hotels.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and we thoroughly enjoyed our time here. The breakfast spread was also quite good. The hotel's location is excellent, with several restaurants, a mall, and the train station all nearby, which added to the convenience of our stay.

The only unusual aspect of our stay was that the hotel didn't provide irons in the rooms, which was a first for us. It was a bit inconvenient to have to go downstairs to the ironing room each day.

pretty quiet at all times, soft duvet, air conditioning, amazing location, 10 min walk to the train station oriente (which is on the direct line to the airport); great breakfast spread; also there’s a big shopping mall with various food courts in it

just little hiccups: i had 2 TVs in my room and despite being separated by the wall remoter kept turning on the other tv, that was kind of weird lol; 30W charger won’t go to the outlet near bed, i had to use usb cable; getting at least 2 water bottles would be nice, 1 isn’t enough especially when it’s summertime
