The location of the apartment is convenient, the apartment is clean with full amenities and cleaning is done in daily basis.

Our apartment did not have a smart tv ; with kids it was a big thing

The apartment is spacious, clean, and well-equipped - full set of kitchenware plus toiletry in the shower. It's conveniently located between two metro stations, close to a nice choice of restaurants and grocery shops. The décor is quite plain but it's fine for a short stay; for a longer stay some shelves in the bathroom or hangers in the corridor would help. Some snacks and water is available.

Electronic locks to enter the building and apartment are causing some issues and require several attempts to unlock.

Great location and great little apartment, just what we needed for 1 night stay with the kids. The whole check-in and codes thing can be a little information overload at first, many instructions to follow, can maybe be simplified, but doesn't take away from the apartment and location.

Checking in procedure, too much information and emails to read and different codes etc. The payment and check-in form is not user friendly and kept having to start over and various cards we used for payment kept being declined, meanwhile the payment went through.

Very spacious, with air conditioner. The cleaning was done every day . Towels were replaced every day as well. Close to the metro. We booked a parking lot at tbe building. When we reached there was a man helping us with the digital check in. Very helpful. A good place to say.

Our two bedroom unit was perfect for our family. It was clean, bathrooms were great and we had everything we needed. Lockers were easy to use for luggage storage before we could check in. Great location. There was a staff member on site when we checked in

This apartment certainly exceeded our expectations. We booked a 1 bed apartment with 2 sofa beds for our children. They got 2 single beds; one being the sofa and the other a pull out bed but they were proper mattresses so they were happy. The apartment was so comfortable, the kitchen facilities were extensive so you could easily cook if you chose to. It had a dishwasher with 2 cleaning tablets, a coffee maker, kettle and toaster. WiFi was excellent. There is daily housekeeping if you want it. We didn't bother as our luggage was everywhere. It was impeccably clean when we checked in. The location was ideal for sight seeing. We were within 25 mins walk to Barrio Alto and 35-40 mins walk to other areas. The area was quiet and safe at night. We often walked home between 10-11 after dinner. There were also luggage lockers so we could store our bags for a few hours on our last day. Overall, the property was excellent and it gets 5 stars from us.

Very little: the payment in advance was a bit troublesome as secure banking seems to block it. We could hear loud noise from an adjoining apartment but thankfully it was only 1 night and stopped around 1am. It reminded me to always pack my ear plugs.

We stayed 3 nights and appreciated the central location. We found the apartment to be spacious, clean, comfy, bright and cozy. The WiFi worked well and our bed was comfortable. Big bonus: ample storage space for clothes and luggage! There is a great Chinese restaurant nearby called Restaurante Feliz.

The check-in process at the self-service kiosk in the lobby is painfully inefficient. You end up staring into a huge screen, clicking desperately and failing frustratingly. You try to make a phone call to the "virtual reception" to get immediate help - but no one answers... We lost at least 30 minutes on vain attempts and waiting for something to happen. Other guests have complained about the check-in too, so clearly this is a major issue.

Clean, good shower, basic but useful kitchen facilities. We liked the area.. we found the place very quiet. Good air con. We had considered paying more to stay further in town but we are glad we chose this... you are close enough but not too close! Ubers and the Metro work fine and are cheap. Bars and restaurants nearby. We parked ourselves at the underground carpark one road over which worked fine. It's 18 euro for 24 hours.

It's a bit basic but we didn't need more then that. Some people might find it a touch further out but the walk in to town is twenty minutes or ten to the metro.

The location is superb, right in the heart of the modern part of the city. The transportation is 3 minutes away in the Marquiz de Pombal square where you can go anywhere around. The apartment is modern, spacious, and very clean. The check-in procedures were thoroughly communicated and the team responsible was very responsive. The kitchen is well equipped with all the stuff in addition to a washing machine and dishwasher, with other appliances. The area has a wide variety of restaurants, cafes and food chains that cater to everyone's taste. I highly recommend Conca if you are into Asian bowls and sushi rolls.

The WiFi was cut off the night before we check out which was inconvenient The ventilator in the bathroom wasn't working for the duration of stay The dishes soap was dirty (requested to change the bottle but it wasn't)

Nice configuration of the living space with the living and kitchen area separate from the bedroom. Bedroom had a large bed, and there was plenty of closet and storage space.

Bath towel bars within arms reach of the shower. Corporate greenwashing evident with the common signage saying we can either reuse our bath towels, or leave in shower to get new clean towels BUT we got a new set of towels in the morning. We had to stop the daily cleaning service to avoid getting a new set of towels every day.
