The space itself- the apartment was excellent- with two double bedrooms, and two bathrooms and separate balconies, and a lovely spacious lounge. All rooms had views to the sea, and nestled in amongst the melaleuca trees, it was a gorgeous spot. We stayed for 4 nights and the hosts provided us with enough milk pots, coffee, tea and sugar sachets that we didn't have to do a shop for these things which was definitely appreciated. And The Garage directly below does the best coffee in Palm Cove and fantastic egg and bacon rolls for brekky- not that you aren't spoilt for choice around here!

Nothing! I'd only advise people that one of the bathrooms has a shower over a jacuzzi/spa bath which was a little awkward to step into (as shown), so would recommend older guests would be better off using the other bathroom.

Couldn’t work the TV at all No instructions and couldn’t find anyone to ask. Not clear where to go and leave keys. Some things missing eg knife hair dryer and again no where to comment and concerned I would be blamed.

Amazing size, awesome location. Thanks for the late check out opportunity. coffee machine and capsules for it was a pleasant surprise.

The pool is designed only for children (the area with a depth of more than 1.5 meters is literally 1 sq.m.) The keys had to be picked up (and returned) in another place (Palm Cove Shopping Village). Shower head in one bathroom must be replaced (not working properly).

Apartment is good, clean, spacious, nicely styled, luxurious. Big balcony with the furniture including comfortable sofa. Big TV. All necessary kitchen staff for cooking and dining. Across the beach, waterfront, ocean view. Air-conditioner is in every room. Clothes rack, beach towels and beach chairs are all provided.

Toiletries were provided only for one person, booked for 3, maybe just being overlooked this time. Instructions of where to pick up the keys were not clear, the pickup is actually at the real estate office. Noisy at night and early in the morning, as apartment is located next to the bar. Not a problem if balconies are closed. Cigarette smell in the bathroom coming from outside, as the window is not closing, but not too much smell. Blinds are not blockout, so a bit lighter in the morning, not a serious issue.

The property came with everything you needed to be comfortable and more. I loved that there were board games handy and a bucket and pale for the kids to use. It was spacious enough that we felt we each had our own space, but yet not too far away from each other. We really enjoyed utilisng the balcony space.

The pool running all night can be a bit loud at times. We struggled to find the fan switch to our room as it was hidden behind the bed, a sign for that might have been a tad more helpful. When showering, the water leaks out, so our bath mats were consistently wet - thankfully we had two.

We absolutely loved staying here and will def be staying again! Only negative was that it is right above an Irish bar who do live music over weekends. We have little ones so Saturday nights karaoke was loud. But other than that the stay was amazing. Great pool, across from the swimming beach, walking distance to everything, clean and spacious. Would highly recommend!

The bar below us was very loud till late on our last night there. It was only one night though, rest of the time it was fine

The location was very nice with waterfront views but with cafe and restaurant underneath is hard to sit on balcony from a privacy point of view. Location is good with everything you need nearby. Was quite noisy Saturday night. Room is comfortable although lounge space is hard for four

I cant pick anything out particularly. Would be the privacy issue but not much you can do to have the view the way it is. Surf carnivals Saturday morning right outside.

Loved the location. Loved that it was ground floor and easy access to pool and pool lounges. The size of the shower.

The fact that there was no table to dine at. A small outdoor type table would have been sufficient. Only one outdoor chair. No bowls to use for cereal. Limited preparation space. Difficult to make cup of coffee, let alone anything else. We used the bbq to cook some meals and therefore we dined in but it was interesting facilitating that.

Loved the location, directly across the road to the part of the beach we enjoy. The pool was great and clean. Being next to the Irish pub was very handy also! Would definitely stay there again and check in was so easy, the staff were very helpful and nice! The apartment was clean with lovely facilities!

This is our problem, being on the 3rd floor was a bit annoying with our cases, we didn't think. The barbecue had issues while we were there and the first couple of days it could not be used.

Apt 306. Modern,clean flow through design. Images accurate. Great balcony alongside waterfall. At palm fond height. From 306 ocean view through trees. Easy access underground car park.

No lift to 3rd floor. No pool access handles, no steps. Noise from O'Donnell's until 8pm. No reception open...need to walk to LJ hooker , 5 minute walk 9-4pm 5 days a week
