Staying here 3 night 2 days. The room quite big. It's clean, comfortable. Layout also good. In front of the hotel there's food place but dont hope much because not many choice but it's surrounded with so many fast food chain like Subway, A&W, Texas Chicken, KFC, Zus and many more. It's in the middle of new town. The area very quiet. So convenience to stay.

The room at another level and need to go in with access card but it's okay just 1 level. The water heater cannot turn on. No hot water. There's no wardrobe to hang ironed cloth but do have hangers and cloth hook. The wifi was so slow. And if using mobile data also so slow the line.

This misnomer of a motel, is really a hotel in town with decent location. Simplistic rooms, but the important things such as cleanliness, bed, washroom were there. To be fair, the washroom was very clean and spotless, with good water pressure. Bed and pillows were fine. Both room and en-suite washroom were odourless. Our room's air-conditioner needed some tweaking to turn it on properly, and thanks to the prompt action and keen attention of hotel owner, he was quick to his feet to help and thoughtful with words and actions of apology which we appreciate. Plenty of roadside parking right in front of the hotel shop lot. As well as convenience around it, such as 7-11, starbucks, fast food eateries. We explored all over Perlis on 3D2N stay and enjoyed our time here. We wouldn't hesitate returning for a stay here on our next visit.

Could use a bit more storage such as bed side tables (or bigger ones) , or clothes rack (in washroom) or baggage rack.

a nice decent motel if you come to enjoy perlis. the room just nice and comfy for 1 night stay for my whole family. got netflix and youtube, wifi in your room because celcom can't access there. 15 minutes to jetty to enjoy quality seafood, nearby you got lots of coffee shop, even got like small night bazaar in front of the hotel. good stay overall!

nothing actually but appreciate if you can provide sejadah. and the night lamp beause it will be too dark to switch off all lights and switching on 1 light will not so dim for sleep. that's all i think but if you really tired then you dont care, just sleep right haha

Comfortable,convenient,clean,friendly staff, easy tp access any other facilities like 7e (i just need to walk by through the corner and find the 24h 7e at the back there which is good)

Might be because the toilet is like quite spacious & i think i do not need a toilet to be spacious like that. Might be 3/4 from that toilet area is enough in which another 1/4 (part of the toilet) will make the room itself more spacious. One more thing, i would really love if the owner could provide a charging port next to the bed (because for me,i was too tired & i really need to lay back on the bed, yet my hp need to be charged, & so i need to wake up again n again to check up the % of the batt of hp frequently.

The room is spacious enough for a person, you can perform prayer inside the room. The bathroom is quite spacious for a single room. The room still looking good, probably still new. Got TV and Wifi. The location is great as there's a lot of famous franchises around it. You can hear the rain from the outside but it's not disturbing.

The floor is clean but feel sticky when you step with wet foot, probably it's the floor detergent. The lamp switch is quite far from the bed, so you'll need to stand up and walk a bit to switch off.

The location is strategically located between sintok, changlun, padang besar and kuala perlis. Easy to find convenience stores, restaurant and grocery shops. Located also nearby the Police HQ (IPK Perlis).

Cleanliness. Found 2 lipan in my room (small and big ones). Should also provide floor mat upon entering each room to avoid dirty and sandy floor.

It is located in the most strategic location; very close to many fast food restaurants, and supermarkets. The room is clean and spacious, especially the bathroom. Although it has no lift, but it is not tiring at all climbing the stairs. Check in and check out processes were smooth: we were way past the check in time instructed, contacted the number and they provided the option to put our room key in lockbox outside, & the deposit was transferred back into our account promptly right after we checked out. Hospitality is marvellous.

The best thing was the location and ease of parking. I like that the bed was a good size and mattress comfortable. Two set of keys and good security.

I didn't like that the didn't provide shampoo only bath gel was provided. Comforter is worn out. Bathroom can be better cleaned. To be environmentally friendly perhaps to provide a water dispenser for guests to refill the water bottle provided. Do remember to bring own toothbrush and toothpaste.

The place is very strategic as it is near to many tourists attractions places. It only takes around 10 mins to reach Kota Kayang Museum, Kuala Perlis area, petrol stations, supermarkets etc. Food stalls, restaurants and many shops are available nearby too. Towels, kettle, coffees and cups were provided in the room and the room was clean. Thanks for the facilities provided, it was a nice stay.

Nothing, overall it was a very good stay.

It is clean and spacious. I am very particular about the cleanliness and space because i am single traveller and hence i prefer comfort. Why I say it is safe for a single woman like me who travels alone frequently? It is because, it provides safety card to our room which means only the tenant will have the access card & outsider will not be able to enter the hall of rooms easily. The room provides a kettle and also a glass. And it is a strategic place, easy access to all foods around the motel such as stalls (on weekend i think), subway i think, KFC and many more. It also has a coffee bean and leaves. The owner is super good and friendly. I will surely repeat it again to stay here. The parking lot for the cars are a lot.
