Friendly staff. Very comfortable bed

The TV needs to be replaced. Adjusting it for 30 minutes didn't even make the picture watchable

On my second night stay, which was unexpected, Mike at the front desk was AWESOME !! In addition, there was a fire on site and when we were able to come back inside, Mike was asking everyone if they were ok ! Don't judge a book (name of hotel Super 9=8) fool you, this place was better than some top notch named hotels I have stayed. Keep up the good work !!

No real breakfast - eggs/meat etc. Not impressed with that.

Easy to get to and the staff was extremely polite and easy going. My family of 9 were just stopping to sleep and they were not only super affordable but accommodating.

Breakfast time should be longer, it was from 6 to 9 wich is reasonable, but we slept late before getting back on the road, leaving it out until 10 or 11 would be great

I like that some of your staff are great one or two is not they are rude and I spend a lot to stay there

The rude service from one of your employees and the fact my jeans with all cards in it was left in the room behind bathroom door and not put in lost and find came back the same day then was asked to wait another day and then nothing I've had to replace everyone

Look, this place serves our needs. It's cheap, reasonably clean, and close to the venue.. so it's not fancy..and it's a bit sketchy.. but if your crew is looking for a place to crash on the cheap you can't go wrong.

The lady at the desk was wonderful. Room was clean and comfortable.

I took a cold shower Sunday morning. However they are heating water, it is not adequate. There were no facial tissues or cups for coffee or water. Also, there needs to be 2 of all towels and wash cloths available.

I think the air should be turned on upon arrival so that the room can be at a decent temperature especially since it’s so hot these days and it also keeps the room from smelling so closed up especially if it’s a smoking room

Ppl kept coming in and out of there rooms constantly at 2 3 4:00 in the morning and I can sleep but besides I don't know it was all it was good

Front desk people were really nice. A/C worked well. Iron in room. Fridge and Microwave and WIFI was excellent

Breakfast was nonexistent. Only disappointment. Offered me granola bars and a mini apple juice drink

The room was big and it was on the bottom
