The guest house consists of 4 rooms opening onto a common hall with a coffee machine. One of the rooms has an exit to a terrace in the garden, but unfortunately we did not get this room. The house is located very close to the beach, but at the same time there is no place to hang beach accessories after swimming. Fortunately, we had a rope with us, and we tied it to the window. Otherwise, everything is fine in the room - there is a kettle, cups, sugar, a comfortable shower, towels are changed frequently. You can walk from the Levanto train station in 15 minutes even with a suitcase. The town itself is pleasant, interesting, many medieval attractions, convenient for starting to explore the Cinque Terra. The beach next to the house is sandy, but if you go to the other side of the bay, you can find small pebble beaches. A supermarket and numerous pizzerias are a couple of minutes' walk away.

The first few days there was a feeling of dampness in the room, but then after airing everything was fine. If it weren't for the lack of a rope for hanging swimsuits, the room could have been rated higher.

Location was absolutely fantastic, exactly what we wanted: only a few steps from the beach! The apartment is much prettier in real life than what the pictures show. we had a nice coffee machine in the hallway, for all guests to use and great coffee pods and mugs inside the room. They also had beach umbrellas available for anyone to use, which we discovered a bit too late. Check in was a breeze, very nice staff. We got in around 10am, and our room was not ready, but with no issue they let us store our luggage at their facilities in the office so we could start enjoying the beach right away (we were beach attired, and had our beach bag ready, so it was perfect). The office is very close from the apartment, so the move with the luggage was not an issue at all. The town is superb, lots of good restaurants, caffes, trattorias, bars, etc. LOVED everything about our stay, I would 100% recommend!

There was nothing not to like! We had a bit of a hiccup with the AC, but it didn't last long, and it actually fixed itself, so no complaints whatsoever. We were there mid-July so it was HOT, but we felt very comfortable with the AC in the room.

Location, locatio, location! As close as you can get to the beach. Nothing in Levanto is more than 5 minutes' walk.

Fantastic selection of great restaurants and shops on the doorstep. Suitable for all ages and good value around. I have no idea why the face 😒 is unhappy on this software. Have tried to correct it. We were delighted with everything!

We liked our room with this little secluded garden (with plastic grass, but it is as good as real grass). It is right at the beach. The room is very small, but it is OK. It has a small fridge and in the hall is a coffee machine. Since there is a fridge, it would be nice to have two plates and some cutlery, so bring your own, if that is important.

The check-in seems to be a real estate agency somewhere in the pedestrian area of the city. The agency is probably serving 50 other apartments, so you may have to wait in a queue and are also bound to limited opening hours. If you arrive by car, it's a real nuisance, it takes time to park and to walk there. Moreover, it was never entirely clear on how parking spots are allocated and to whom. I felt that when I booked it, it said "free parking at accommodation" and when I arrived, it was 20 Euros per day somewhere else in the city. But I didn't take a screenshot at booking time, so I can't say that for sure any more. Communication before check-in was also an issue, messages on booking weren't responded to.

The best part was how close it was to the sea, less than one block and we were on the beach, the beach was nice, and a fantastic sunset, beautiful!!! The price was very good as compared to staying in Cinque Tera and only a 10 minute train ride to the first northern city. Easy peasy.

We went out for breakfast as it was cheaper.

The garden could have been cleaner. It was a beautiful space and we loved it but it was dirty and unkempt in comparison to the room and bathroom which were great! Communication could have been better as we sent messages that went unanswered. Staff in the office were very friendly and helpful.

Location directly next to the beach was ideal for with the children.

More kitchen facilities inside the apartment would have improved the accomodation, as there was only a small fridge, kettle and a coffee machine.

The location of the room was exceptional. Couldn't ask for anything better. No view, but considering it is seconds from the beach, we didn't spend much time in the room other than to sleep and change. It was huge and had two separate rooms, which was great when one person wanted to nap and the other wanted to stay awake. Ceilings were high, AC worked, it was quiet, lots of towels, mostly clean (marble floor always feels dirty to me, so I wore socks or sandals the whole time). Very close to the main piazza (literally a 1 minute walk) so you were surrounded by food and shopping, but far away enough you didn't hear any of it when you wanted to turn in for the night. I am a light sleeper and didn't use my heavy duty earplugs. Staff was nice, there were some beach items you could borrow, and everyone was eager to help. 10/10 would stay here again!

- The check in/check our procedure was annoying and long winded. You had to go to a different location, which is not easy to find, and doesn't open until 9/930am, so if you have a train to catch on your last day, keep this in mind as you will have to attend this other location to check out/drop the key off during opening hours. - Our TV in the bedroom wasn't working and when we mentioned it, they said they'd send someone to check, but it was never fixed. - The shower door was broken and didn't close properly, which again we mentioned to them and it was never fixed, so the bathroom was constantly wet. - Wifi went down every few hours or so, but then it would come back after about 15 minutes.

Very clean, one step away from the beach, mini fridge in the room, lots of clean towels

To have the free breakfast included you need to walk about 10 minutes to the location also the coffee machine on the hallway was old and we struggled to use it

This was an excellent location close to the beach and the town square with a quaint park and everything within walking distance. It had something for everyone in my family young adults to grandparents.
