We had a wonderful stay at this property! Everything is very well organised and maintained, the laundry, living, and gym spaces in the common areas are spotless and thoughtfully equipped. I was especially impressed by the large football pitch behind the building, perfect for some outdoor fun. The 24/7 receptionist made any queries super easy. Free bike rental was a fantastic bonus for exploring the area, and having an electric car charging station was very convenient. Overall, a perfectly managed property with great amenities!

Everything was perfect. I would recommend though to let instructions in every room on how to use the bikes, check-out hour, etc.

Good room, comfortable beds, nice and warm studio. Very well equipped kitchen, super bathroom. Checkin ok, with novelty aspects in the app to use, on laptop was better than on phone. Good level of warmth, excellent location for skiing in several places, but also for a special visit to Halstatt.

The shared living was taken over by a group of heavy drinking, loud talking, people with primitive behavior. The TV remote control in the room had exhausted batteries and the battery compartment was secured with cross headed screws, for which I had no screwdriver. I reported this over the phone, but battery replacement was not resolved, I hardly used the TV buttons.

Clean and new. Comfortable beds. Everything was functional and the balcony is great. Coffee machine and pods in room were nice to have. The contactless check in was strange but all was fine. Expensive stay but there isn’t much else in the area that is new and fresh. Good location if visiting Hallstatt.

The idea of Bikes available to borrow is a good one but they are a little difficult to get use to since the bike stops as soon as you slightly peddle backward, similar to children’s bike. Not too much in the area in terms of groceries and restaurants, so plan ahead if arriving late. No air conditioning.

What a convenient and charming concept this apartment has! Everything is managed through your phone, which makes check in and parking convenient on your own time. The room was spacious and had full kitchen services. The building is new and clean and there is a well-stocked "living room" area with games, couches, coffee, and a small snack/beverage area with items for sale. They even had a small kids play room available for guests. We especially enjoyed the convenience of underground parking in the snowy winter months. Would stay here again! This company knows what they are doing and there should be more apartments with this concept.

Great accomodation containing everything needed for living. From amazing furniture, balcony, kitchen utilities to garage parking. Very calm and peacefull neighbourhood containg all needes content nearby. For our dog, they prepared very nice bed, bowls and treats.

Check-in process. I spent 29 min on my phone with online reservation having problems with wrong booking surname as reference, system crash during payment, system crashed during key card coding. I used their tablet at the enterance for check in. Assistant very friendly and patient, but clearly lacking competence.

The apartment was very stylish and comfy, well equipped, big bathroom and living room. Private garage was super, makes things easier. Also laundry room well equipped. Phone Service was fast and assisted all we need.

The apartment was not clean enough, there was moldy cheese in the fridge, dirty toilets, toothpaste smeared near the sink, fingerprints on the mirror, dirty baking paper in the oven. A significant improvement in the cleanliness of the apartment is needed. In addition, it is advisable to add a broom, vacuum cleaner and cleaning tools to the apartment, especially if you are staying for a long time. It is very important to note that on Saturdays to Mondays there is no supermarket open in the area, the same goes for restaurants, it is necessary to prepare for this in advance.

This is the brand new apart hotel with beautiful views from balcony It has free Lundy, fully equipment kitchen, free bikes that are beautiful and fresh (even kids bikes and seats), free beautiful gym, good coffee for 50 cents To be totally honest, pictures didn't show this place at all. You should have much better pictures on booking ;)

Fire alarm warning - still I was able to cook without issues, but it's something that is little bit stressful. This issue should be priority number one to fix in building, but again I use all kitchen equipments without triggering alarm, but I opened the window to make sure nothing will happen :D

Highly recommended! 1. 9-10min walk from the Bad Goisern train station. If you have big luggage like we did, it might seem to be a long walk. 2. Easy self check in and check out via their application. Staff answers queries fast when you message them. 3. There is available basement parking lot. 4. Unit is relatively new, with kitchen inside where you can cook and bake. 5. There is gym and kids playroom. Living room is cozy and there is vending machine for snacks and drinks. 6. Washer and dryer available, laundry soap provided. 7. Lobby smells amazing almost all the time! 8. Peaceful neighborhood, near grocery store. 9. There's lift! 10. 2in1 hair and body wash is provided, just bring your own conditioner. 11. Clean and aesthetic place. 12. USB type wall plug available

Everything in this apartment is astonishing. The location is very great, viewing magnificent views of the mountains and surrounding nature. I was check in room No. 306, which was the highest floor of the building. The check-in and check-out process is very smooth and self-service. The owners and management of the hotel is very friendly and welcoming.

The whole space was big, every basic necessities were provided, kitchen utensils were complete. Perfect for a sub-urb stay! I also like that the accommodation provides us free bicycles to go around the town, which is a fantastic activity for the serene and quiet neighborhood. Near many grocers. The balcony with a view was incredible.

There was no centralised heater, and the heater was only at one corner of the kitchen (but not in the bedroom). Could be a lot colder during winter.
