The view was breathtaking as reflected in the advertisement.The room had basic facilities & the bed was very comfortable.The garden and swimming pool were very refreshing.

The breakfast was good but more options can be added like pancakes/croissants & variety for eggs (fried,omelets,boiled).

Everything about the place is superb, the staff was very professional and went out of their way to ensure we had the best stay.it is also close to many places so we didn't have problem going around. In overall it was just the best two days I'm north west. Oh, and the breakfast was great though the bacon was salty....but I am definitely returning here again

The Jacuzzi wasn't working this time, I was really looking forward to it.

The lake view, the swimming pool was clean, and the stuff was friendly, I enjoyed breakfast, and I wish I could stay more days, I enjoyed Netflix and YouTube on the TV, towels pure white, kitchen clean and peace and quiet, we interact with other guests which they were friendly,security is very tight which is good, the owner is very friendly .

My partner and I loved everything about the room And it gave us the perfect view to the dam.

The reception when we arrived, obviously we made a booking late at night because we couldn't continue with our trip we were tired and needed to rest but we were told on arrival that we made a booking late we have to pay an extra charge on top on the money we paid for the room We ddint understand how because booking.com gave us the option of estimated arrival time which for us was between 22:00-23:00 My partner was not happy about it because he is also in the hospitality industry but anyways every place has it own rules and regulations. But he ddnt make a fuss about it But we did enjoy our stay

This place is amazing. It's so peaceful and the staff is so friendly. Breakfast was amazing. There's a lady by the name of Eva, her service is out of this world. We are definitely coming back.This place is literally close to all activities in Harties Best decision ever for Baecation😍😍

The view was absolutely breathtaking with a beautiful sunrise to wake up too in the morning and a sunset that created an ambiance of heaven on earth. The breakfast included was scrumdiddlyumptious and the services from the staff working there was excellent. The air conditioning along with the included electronic appliances and small toiletries was very much appreciated. The wifi was very sufficient. The swimming pool overlooking the spectacular view was quite astonishing. Location of the accommodation was peak and close too alot of the touristy attractions and shops we wanted too go too on our trip in Harties.

The bed sheets weren't completely washed and lipstick stains was still present on the sheets with a few rips in the sheets suggesting it was reused without being cleaned. When moving the couch we found a massive spider on the wall however the doom provided by the staff was very much appreciated. It would've been nice for the jacuzzi to be working as well however it wasn't. There was a few loose poles on the balustrade of the balcony that we noticed in the morning while having our morning tea.

The location is super and very beautiful with exciting views of the dam .Good and delicious breakfast enough to sustain one for the day.

The SLOPE to the hotel. Our car didn’t manage to climb , had to climb with our feet often and it wasn’t easy.
