Damian and Mark were fabulous hosts. Really friendly and chatty and made us feel at ease the minute we walked through the door. They upgraded our room as I was a parent traveling with a 15 year old giant. We were up and out early the next day and would have missed breakfast. They went out of their way to make sure my son had some food before his dance competition. Nothing was too much trouble and they genuinely had our wellbeing at heart. Thank you so much..

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ My daughter and I had an absolutely fantastic stay at The Chadberry Hotel in Blackpool! From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional. A special shoutout to Damian, who was amazing really friendly, welcoming, and genuinely went out of his way to help with everything. Nothing was too much trouble for him, and he really made our stay extra special. The hotel itself is clean, comfortable, and perfectly located. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Looked at many hotels before we had booked with Damian and Mark and as soon as we seen the pictures we could tell right away there was a lot of love and care in this hotel. It exceeded all our expectations at the price provided per night, you couldn’t meet a nicer couple and the breakfast was absolute delicious every morning. They couldn’t have done any more for us and I highly recommend anyone to book here if they are having a tough time choosing somewhere as you will not regret your stay here. The place is spotless, which is a huge bonus and they clearly have a good eye for decoration, and even have reasonable prices if you’re looking for a wee drink at the bar. 10/10 and will 100% be booking here again as they really made our week with some good laughs.

Nothing I didn’t like about this place, it’s absolutely gorgeous.

Gorgeous little hotel in a great central location just off the seafront. Damian was so friendly and really looked after us. Made some great recommendations for shows to see and made a proper fuss of one of us celebrating a birthday during our stay. Lovely little bar too, nice for a quiet drink before turning in. Super comfy beds. Everything immaculately clean. Mark's breakfasts are seriously special too. Just lovely!

Only thing that would have made it better would have been a longer stay!

The location was perfect, so close to everything. It was immaculately clean - the cleanest accommodation we’ve ever stayed in. The room was perfectly decorated. Every morning we had a superb breakfast which set us up for the day. Damian and Mark were very friendly hosts with a wealth of local knowledge! Would definitely stay there again!

Nothing - no faults!

Damian and Mark were the perfect hosts and a joy to meet. The guest house is absolutely spotless and is beautifully decorated. They gave us great advice on where to go for a fun night out on New Year's Eve, and we wouldn't hesitate to return again very soon

The only down side was no available parking space outside the guest house, but this is out of Damian and Mark's control due to it being a public road. So at the advice of our hosts, we parked round the corner in the church grounds for a small fee for 24hrs and that was fine

The hosts were very friendly. It was nice to have a chat with both hosts. The hotel was very clean. The breakfast was very good and organised. There were juices, toast, cereals all available before a hot breakfast was served. It was a great start to the day! Value for money. We stayed for 2 nights and will stay again next time we are in Blackpool. The hotel has a bar with good choice and a nice area to sit. Location was good. There is a tram stop at the end of the street but we decided to walk down the prom towards the centre which is also not far.

There was nothing that we did not like. Thank you to Damian and Mark for helping make our stay enjoyable.

An absolute B&B gem in Blackpool run by two amazing hosts Mark & Damian. We had room number 6 on the top floor and it was so comfy, clean and everything we needed. The bar area downstairs is very homely and Damian doesn’t allow you to lift a finger when it comes to breakfast!! Breakfast was plentiful and cooked wonderfully, hot drinks/juices, cereals and toast to choose from. Mark & Damian are fantastic hosts and it’s clear to see from the cards on the wall that people don’t return to see Blackpool, they return to see these two lovely guys. They went over and above when I couldn’t find my purse with the £50 cash I’d brought to put in a wedding card, and quickly gave me £50 cash with no questions asked trusting me to return it, which I did that same night. The only wish I have is that this B&B was in some of the areas we like to visit more, the lakes - north east coast, if it was we’d be there every other month!!

Damien was front of house and lovely, really friendly helpful guy offered lots of suggestions to us on where else we could visit. Food was brilliant and the bar area was beautiful, our room although on the smaller side was immaculate! Perfect for a couples weekend away! Thank you very much to Damien and Mark! Will definitely be back again!

Not the hotels fault, however parking was slim pickings but a carpark close by was perfect. Granted we did visit on a weekend through half term though.

The hotel was beautifully decorated and very well kept, our room was cosy modern and clean. Our hosts were absolutely exceptional, they were friendly, welcoming and incredibly kind. Damien and mark went above and beyond for us, we really couldn’t have asked for more. The breakfast was absolutely delicious and the location was very close to the beach/ a short walk to the main attractions. I would highly recommend staying here.
