- Very clean , comfortable beds. We took a premium queen room with kitchenette. - Perfect shower area. - Quite close to public transport (tram no 3)

- May be a coffee machine would be good to have in the room if we are paying 120 euros/night. - Kitchenette is given without any utensils. Not even a single utensil was there if you want to heat something up or make a small meal. - Initially we were given a small room , even though we booked a bigger room with kitchenette. We went back to the reception and the room was changed. Mistakes happens though !!

Very new and clean. Quiet of the window is closed. Huge TV, large lobby. Very good bathroom. Also liked the random Karlsruhe facts in English on the walls. Nice atmosphere in the lobby.

In the morning around 6 there were loud people talking and cars outside my NE window. The view is also not that great there, with a big building right next and a main street behind. TV Antenna didn’t work and also not AirPlay, so I couldn’t use it with my iPhone. Otherwise everything was very pleasing.

I only stayed at this hotel for one night so I have very little to share about the place. What caught my attention immediately upon arrival was how friendly and welcoming the staff were. That's a rare thing in German hospitality system, and so should definitely be appreciated here. The hotel has an air of wholehearted modernity and comfort about it. My room was meticulously clean. The wallpaper in the bathroom had drawings of Karslruhe's attractions :D Next time I am in Karlsruhe, I'd gladly stay here again.

Breakfast was excellent - varied and high quality. The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. Service was friendly. And the whole package was moderately priced and very good value for money.

The location is a little out of the way, and the signage pointing to the hotel lobby is lost amidst other signs on the main street.

The cleanliness was outstanding. Staff were friendly. Everything is really new and in good shape. Noise levels are very low. Getting there by car is straightforward. Grocery shopping in walking distance.

Fridge made a right ruckus, I had to turn it off to be able to sleep.

Great location, safe parking, friedly staff, nice and clean rooms with comfy beds.

It was difficult to find because we were looking for Holiday Inn sign, not The NIU. Fridge is a bit noisy when turned up to maximum which was slightly disturbing during the night.

The best part!! The staff.. Suleiman and Arwa are amazing! Friendly to talk to, they advised me a lot on where to go and how to move in the city, also they speak arabic which is amazing for me.

The room has no Coffee machine or cutlery but not a major issue.

Great hotel with friendly staff. Used at as a stop on our way to our holiday. We were surprised with how beautiful Karlsruhe is. Recommended!

Staff were lovely, bfast was great, while place was clean and modern.

Window on the 5th floor don't lock, and are very low. There should be a warning for parents when booking or better still fit safe windows.

Nice lobby area, quite clean with heavenly sheets.

Unfortunately, even though we booked a room with a queen size bed, we got joined individual beds and were told all the rooms included those only, which is something that should be stated on the website.
