- Didn't get it, how to order scrumbled eggs or ommlette on breakfast - each time the lady asked only for a coffee preferences and she asked for eggs first time (we stayed two nights) too late and second time never asked at all. Besides it, the breakfast seemed lovely.

Although it is somewhat old fashioned, this hotel has everything you needı>. The rooms are neat and very clean, and the location is perfect. I wanted a quiet room and I got a great room where I had a nice rest and sleep. The ladies at the reception are extremely kind and helpful and everything can be arranged. The pictures of the hotel correspond to the actual condition, and you will get the room you booked and see on booking. I'm going to book the same hotel next time, visiting Karlsruhe.

Very clean rooms in downtown Karlsruhe. Still, very quiet rooms, but within a few minutes of the shopping, a very nice restaurants area also within a few minutes by foot. Convenient connection to the train station by tram. And you can walk to great museums, the castle, and the botanical garden in a few minutes. Helpful staff, too.

The shower is slippery.

A small hotel in a good location in Karlsruhe, with public transportation and plenty of food options around. The rooms are a little spartan, but they are clean and the beds are comfortable, and the breakfast is fantastic.

- great location, directly on the busy city centre street - friendly staff - underground parking (could be tight squeeze if more cars are parked) - the room had quite interesting disposition (sink in the room instead of bathroom) and forest wallpaper

- I would appreciate parking directions before coming to the city - hotel is on the first floor with not so distinct entrance from the street - really small and outdated bathroom - curtains were too short to cover the whole length of windows (with a little improvisation its doable) - wifi signal was too weak

Great location & lovely friendly staff.

Very hot in the room. I don't understand why many hotels only have 1 quilt option , the one provided in this room seemed much more suitable for winter use. I had to sleep without anything covering me that was the only way I could.

The hotel is very cute in a great central location and a good deal for the price. The room was immaculate and had what we needed. The staff were all very friendly and accommodating.

The location is perfect, easy to get to from the main station and centrally located. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were very clean and had everything I needed

The shower was very small and I could hear the neighbors and cleaning staff in the morning even though they weren't being particularly loud. The walls are quite thin.
