It is a very good business hotel. Room was very clean, modern and comfortable. Check-in process was smooth and took just couple of minutes. I liked the free coffee and staff is very helpful. It was a good value for money. It is bit away from city center but there is a bus stop nearby and you get bus every 20 minutes to Karlsruhe city center (10 minute bus ride). I did not have breakfast there so I can't judge that. Overall it is a nice hotel for business travel.

I think they can improve the quality of towels in the toilet.

It was easily accessable and the rooms were fine! Bathroom was nice and there is a supermarket around te corner. We asked to check out half an hour later because of a meeting. This was no problem. Also the internet was really good

Double bed was two single beds. Furthermore there was nog water boiler in the room. You can ask the receptionist and you can borrow it!

The staff was very friendly, and the receptionists spoke English fairly well. The bathroom was clean, the beds were soft, and I didn't get bothered by any noise at night. There were always a few electric kick scooters near the hotel, which are useful for getting to the city center.

The floor moldings appeared to have been removed from the whole room. Breakfast costs extra. The bed has one very large and one very small pillow, neither of them were a good fit for me.

Friendly and helpful staff, exceptionally clean rooms with many essential details, free coffee and tea until 9 pm (there is also a possibility to take cutlery if you deliver some food, for example), tasty and quite varied breakfast, reasonable price, well-functioning WiFi.

Bathroom needs some renovation, it stands out when you enter a room. Not critical though. Laundry service would be lovely to have. I would not say that the location is great, so be ready to use public transport or taxi if travelling without a car.

The hotel fulfilled our expectations. The room was well equipped, clean and comfortable. We had a really pleasent stay. The value for what you get was more than fair. We could park directly at the hotel, so it was very convenient.

We booked a room for two person's unfortunately there was just one chair to sit and use, the other person had to sit on the bed.

The room was very good, just one point of improvement I would say put two chairs in a two person booked stay. The bathroom was very good and clean, the breakfast was really good and staff was making sure everyone took precautions becaise of covid. We will really come back when we travel to Italy again, even the possibility to charge our electric car was a BIG plus for us. I think more hotels should make that possible to charge electric cars. The receptionist when we arrived was so kind and helpful and spoke very good English too.

Size of room was big enough for us as a couple with a baby. Room was well equipped with cooking facilities, fridge, boiler, water, knife, spoon, fork...like a small kitchen.. Lidl super market is just a few minutes walk.. Coffee & tea were available in restaurant free of charge.

Location is a bit far from center.

I liked the supportive nature of the reception desk and the cleanliness maintained on the property. The fact that the hotel had a lawn attached to it right outside the room was a bonus!

A bathroom is quite small; the towels are old and should be definitely changed for new ones.

Excellent breakfast buffet with plenty of choice. Very reasonable price. Free hot drinks throughout the day was an extra bonus. 2 supermarkets in walking distance.
