everything was perfect, staff was best of all hotels i visit last 10 years best staff ever thank you very much the guy who was at reception at Saturday at 12-13:00 a clock he helped me to start the car my battery was dead i forgot somthing open during the night at the morning the car didn’t start i asked for help im reception it was one guy with golf 6 he helped me to much thank you very much for help and hard work with my car about 1 hour he fixed my battery , i tryed him to give some money but there was ni possibility he didn’t accept nothing, im really happy I sleepd on what hotel i got late check in and late check out thank you very very very very much ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Located very close to a tram stop, not far from the Karolina shopping center. Quiet and clean.

Friendly and accommodating staff. Considering the property, there was a very good breakfast choice and personnel working in the breakfast room were very helpful. I was there for a festival so needed just a room and shower which was very basic but super clean. Had a lovely view over festival site (National monument Vitkovice area) and Beskydy mountains on the horizon.

Whilst I booked the most basic room, I would have appreciated a hairdryer and fridge in the room as well as better lightning in the bathroom.

Had a great stay. The breakfast was excellent with a good variety of options. The location is awesome – very convenient with access to trams, Bolt, and buses, plus it’s near Ostrava UAN and the Main Train Station, making travel super easy. One small suggestion: it would be even better if complimentary water was replenished when empty. Other than that, everything was very good.

Excellent Breakfast

I really like the building itself. Even after reconstruction, you can still find there original cover of walls and other artifacts from the time it was constructed like famous chandeliers by Jaroslav Bejvl. The hotel is located near the city center and near the shopping center on quite a calm street. They were heating even still in September, which I appreciated.

Not much to say. Just that they can preserve more original details of the building and its decoration as I have chosen this hotel for its unique architecture and original design. The dark gray facade is really not nice.

No concierge service, very small rooms, staff difficulty with language and not knowledgeable about directing tourists, sound insulation between rooms poor, few amenities.

Excellent hotel in the centre of the city, near Karolina gallery shops and near tram stop. Very quiet and clear room. Delicious breakfasts!! Worth to return for some time!??

It was noticable that the room was not ventilated for a long time, also a little dusty. I guess the reason was that the room was cleaned and left untouched for many days.

Room was a bit small for 2 people.

This hotel is situated on a main road with a direct link via team to the international train station, which is quite far away. The reception staff speak English and there’s a nice on site restaurant.

The room is a bit small, though not bad, and though there were few people in the hotel, I was put in a room that overlooked the main road which is quite noisy.
